Apr 12, 2025 · D. D. WI stay at this hotel frequently but it has really gone downhill. Hotel property is dirty. All trash cans are full. I stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast area was always dirty and pastry shelf empty every morning. Trash can in breakfast area always full. Only plus was room was clean and bed was comfy.
May 27, 2025 · Robyn RobynTo be fair, the hotel was clean and well run. We had a suite which had plenty of room, a couch and lots of counter space and cubbies. There was an assortment of breakfast items, but not much variety. About what you would expect for Wyndham continental items. Went down close to 9am, so maybe the no milk for cereal was because of the time. We stayed several days in what the hotel said was an accessibility room. Technically is could be called that because it did have a button that activated a light for hearing impaired. Unfortunately, that was the only evidence of accessibility. It had a tub with high sides and no grab handles in the shower which made it difficult for my husband to get in and out of the tub. The room description claimed there were grab bars. And oh, and did I say it was on the second floor, while ice machines were only on 1st and 3rd floor, making us have to go up the elevator frequently. Now for issues we had with the specific room. The outlet for one of the bed lights was out, no light and no plug worked. One of the can ceiling lights over the TV was out also. Not a big deal there were plenty of other lights. I reported both at that front desk the first day and they said they would take care of it. Nope. Disappointing. Several other small issues such as TV report only did channel up and down, no numbers worked. All tub fixtures were loose but worked. Bathroom fan broken.
Dec 25, 2024 · D Lee WCAbsolutely disgusting hotel! The moment you get in the room right away a strong smell of cigarettes, the second room smell like somebody died there. Showers are broken and have very big stains on it. The toilet had skid marks after the previous users. Towels are ripped and have stains on them. Floor is sticky and garbage around the corners. The AC unit stinks. The bed sheets are dirty, and the beds them selfs are very loud. If I would have known then I would never book this hotel. Stay away from them
Dec 30, 2024 · David KinchakThe staff are very friendly. The elevator was very scary and hasn’t been Certified for this year. Attached photos. Breakfast area was lacking… I noticed zip ties holding many things together in the hotel. Our tub had a loud drip, actually more of a run with that we couldn’t stop. We had to listen to it all night. I will stay elsewhere on my next visit
