My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel... The positives are a very comfortable bed and pillows!!! The folks at the front desk were as accommodating as possible!!! Wonderful to work with!!! A decent variety in the morning breakfast... The negatives are that the juice dispenser was not working while we were there... There are no king beds available in any rooms... And lastly there was no refrigerator in the rooms... But all in all we really enjoyed our stay here!!!

May 19, 2025 · D MasonThis hotel is "very micro" as I heard several other guests say at breakfast both mornings. The location to Bryson City is good, but you must drive into the town. The location is terrible if you want a good night sleep. The interstate traffic is very loud all night, so that's why it's getting 2 stars regarding location. The hotel is rather secluded, but lit at night. The staff ... not much staff. I received no greeting just passed the key cards. The morning desk hostess was very friendly and I appreciate the toothbrush, toothpaste she gave me. The other clerks were confusing ... at one time in afternoon one had desk lights off and asleep in chair behind another wall from desk. I smelled pot on one which was not appreciated by myself or other guests. I seldom critical, but I am honest. I would not stay at this hotel again and will be canceling future reservations. The breakfast was very good and breakfast rooms were clean. The room itself was "clean" until I realized my white socks had other people's hair on them. This was not the typical Wyndham that we have patronage in years past. Best Wishes to future guests. Sunsets pretty from parking lot.
Apr 15, 2025 · Melissa DarrI give this Hotel 5 stars. This was an emergency stay and the staff accommodated our crazy trip like it was normal lol. We stayed 2 days here, was very quiet and the room was clean. We checked in and thought we had a family emergency 2 hours after and they even refunded half our stay back. An hour later it resolved and we returned to only pay what they refunded. After that moment we had a pretty in eventful trip. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for helping our family out! We enjoyed our stay.
Feb 12, 2025 · Jessica ShortWe had to evacuate due to a fire and this hotel allowed us to have our dog and was relatively cheap but when we needed just a few hours as we sorted out another rental due to the fire they charged us another nights rent and there was not breakfast even though it was advertised as having breakfast. We were laughed at by the front desk staff when we asked about breakfast saying there were not enough people for them to offer breakfast. Very disappointing
Mar 29, 2025 · Natalie BetzI am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at [Hotel Name]. The room was absolutely infested with ladybugs, making it impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. Additionally, there were noticeable stains on the bedding, which was both unsightly and unsanitary. Upon asking my family was told a suite was available but it would be an additional charge. My family decided that it was better to just drive home and no refund or anything has been offered. It's disheartening to encounter such poor conditions at a place that should provide a comfortable and clean environment for guests. I hope that the hotel management will take immediate steps to address these issues and improve the overall quality of their accommodations.
