My wife and I were here to celebrate my birthday. No plans to see the sights. Just to get away and relax. This was a very nice place to stay. Breakfast was very good with lots of selections. We got a handicapped room which I requested as I have mobility issues. Was very comfortable. And parking was good too with quite a few handicapped spaces. There were quite a few families with children staying here too and they seemed happy. There is a swimming pool, but my wife and I did not use it. The whole hotel is smoke free which is a big plus for us. And they accept pets too. All in all, would recommend this place!

Jun 04, 2025 · Brian T. SmithWe recently stayed at this inn for three days and had an excellent experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. Despite our late arrival—close to 1:00 AM—they greeted us warmly and provided outstanding service. The inn offers a complimentary continental breakfast with a variety of options, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The room service was impeccable, cleaning our rooms daily and leaving them feeling fresh, as if we were checking in for the first time each day. There were no unpleasant odors from the carpets or blankets, which added to our comfort. Most importantly, the inn is conveniently located near several popular attractions, including WonderWorks, the Titanic Museum, and Beyond the Lens, making it a great choice for visitors looking to explore the area. We have plans to visit Pigeon Forge again and will definitely stay in this place.
May 27, 2025 · Malarvendhan RamalingamThe hotel was a little tricky to get to the first time it being up on a hillside behind another business. The outside looked great, the lobby was fine, the room was clean but did have a musty almost smoky smell. It was very humid as well. The cleaning staff was great, all employees we encountered were pleasant. Overall, we'd stay here again.
May 10, 2025 · Monick BiceFor the price, this is a steal of a hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN. The king suite was clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was satisfactory. There are some minor imperfections however. The location of the hotel is nestled perfectly in the heart of Pigeon Forge, it’s not directly next to the busy road and more back in the forestry a little bit so it’s definitely quieter than some of the other competitors. I would stay here again if I were on another short visit! The only unfortunate aspect is the walls are pretty thin so if there’s a rowdy family you will hear them at 1:00 in the morning and you may lose some sleep!
Apr 06, 2025 · Michael KlineThe grounds were maintained, the entrance was inviting and the attendant was very pleasant. The hallways and the rooms were very clean and had a pleasant smell. The pillows and the mattress were comfortable too. We will return.
