This is our second time coming to Pigeon Forge Landing RV resort. We came the first time in June of 2024 with kids and again February 2025 no kids. This campground offers full hook ups and paved floors at all RV sites. The bathrooms and showers are huge, modern, and very clean. The laundry room has all newer machines. There are 2 bathhouses and laundry facilities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They are pet friendly. The location is well maintained and clean, quiet, peaceful, secluded and yet still close to attractions. It is about 5-15 min from attractions here in Pigeon Forge and about 25 min from Gatlinburg. We read some previous reviews complaining and this is our thoughts on this: 1) about the shade, this location planted trees in perfect spots (unlike other campgrounds where you can’t extend your slide out or awning all the way or you’ll hit a tree) they just need to grow, so there will be more shade in a few years. 2) there are speed limits posted everywhere and kids are always riding their bikes and playing, it’s very safe. 3) it’s a short walk (1-2min) to the creek and in the summer we saw people tubing down and having a blast Everyone has different likes and expectations about different campgrounds. This is a place that we will continue to return to and highly recommend to others.

Feb 07, 2025 · Priscilla BarbosaThe RV park is very clean. Was not over crowded. We have a 46’ fifth wheel pulled by a HDT and a smart car(that rides on the HDT) we are able to fit all 3 in our site. They have 5 washers and 5 dryers in each laundry room (one in the office and one in the middle of all the sites). The laundry rooms were clean and only cost two dollars to wash and two dollars to dry. I only used the restroom not the showers, but everything looked very clean.
May 15, 2025 · Rhonda BeyersSuch a beautiful RV park. The sites were all level concrete with easy hookups. The pool was very inviting and the entire resort was spotless. The best part was the location. Close to excellent restaurants and recreation.
May 15, 2025 · George T. SmithSites are fantastic. The park is very clean. It’s right in the perfect location in Pigeon Forge with access to everything by bike or even walking. We stayed in our rv with our e-bikes. Rented a car few days from enterprise -like a 20 min bike ride- and a UTV from Adventurous UTV which is right across the way from the main road getting into the park.
May 31, 2025 · Mark WalkerThis place is perfect in every way! Wether you are staying in an R.V. or renting one of there amazing tiny homes. The Management is top notch 👌 👏. There is plenty of space between all the spots, a pool and two areas to wash your clothes. Also I am a big fisherman and a river runs around the whole property, I caught a three pound smallmouth and several smaller ones! It is located very close to all of the attractions in town but you would never know it considering how quiet and tucked away this place was! This is the only place I'll stay from now on in Pigeon Forge!
