Didn't expect to love the Nobu Hotel this much--felt like my own little pocket of peace above the casino. The whole vibe was clean, elevated, and super chill. The room smelled like the signature Nobu scent, tea kettle was unexpected but a good surprise, and the wooden bathtub? Apparently exclusive and was absolutely worth the upgrade.

Zero customer service. Every time anyone in the three rooms I booked called guest services or the front desk the phone just rings with no one answering. My husband is allergic to feather pillows and duvets. We requested foam pillows on arrival and they said there was no foam pillows on property so he slept on a rolled up blanket.. at a Nobu resort. We wanted to stay somewhere nice after a convention that put us up in the Hilton across the street and we were wishing we just stayed there the whole time. Beautiful rooms but not worth the headache. One star for the matcha chocolates.

On 8/13/2024 I booked Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans via Booking.com for one night only 2/7/25 to 2/8/25, at the posted rate of $516.25. Landed in New Orleans on 2/7/2025, went to the hotel, the front desk couldn’t “find” the reservation. I called Booking.com, on the phone for 1 hour and 56 minutes while in the lobby, in front of the check-in desk. After 2 hours, the manager D. Marshall or Marshalls, denied my reservation due to the rate on Booking.com. They said the actual rate for one night is $4000. Did they have any compassion for turning away a woman with luggage and no other hotel to stay? No. Not so much as a “we’re sorry”, “we apologize”, NOTHING. So, the booking was cancelled free of charge. Received a note from the customer service rep at Booking.com and eventually found another hotel for one night only. Stay away from Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans.

Our recent stay at Nobu New Orleans was unfortunately marked by a series of logistical issues that made the experience far more stressful than it should have been. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reservation was actually for their sister property, Harrah’s, rather than Nobu. The front desk attendant mentioned that the booking process on their website is not very user-friendly and advised that guests need to carefully check whether their reservation is for Nobu, Harrah’s, or Caesars, as all are under the same umbrella. This was not made clear during booking, leading to unnecessary confusion. To get to the correct hotel, we had to wait for a bellman to escort us across the street. However, it was not as simple as just crossing the street—finding our way involved navigating multiple turns with a fully loaded luggage cart. Walking outside, down the block, with luggage, bags, and shoes in tow was not the experience we expected upon arrival at what is marketed as a luxury hotel. Additionally, we were told that we could leave our car with Nobu’s valet, and someone could transfer it for us, or we could keep it there at the same price. Unfortunately, this was not accurate. On the day of checkout, when we asked the valet to bring our car over, we were told we had to retrieve it ourselves. The valet seemed unsure of the process, and when we asked for a luggage cart to assist with our bags, we were told we had to wait for someone to come up. Rather than waiting, we decided to walk back to the other hotel ourselves, again navigating the block-long walk with our luggage. To add to the frustration, the valet pricing at our actual hotel was lower than what we paid at Nobu. Finally, when checking in, I requested to pay the hotel balance on a separate card from the incidentals. I was informed that this was not possible, which was another inconvenience. Overall, the entire process felt disorganized, and there appears to be a significant lack of clear procedures in place for handling guest reservations, valet services, and check-in/check-out logistics. As frequent travelers, we have never encountered an experience quite like this. Hopefully, as a new property, Nobu New Orleans will refine its operations to provide a more seamless and guest-friendly experience in the future.

There's nothing good to say about the accommodations or the staff, please spend you hard earned money elsewhere this place is a joke. I think I would have rather stayed at the Overlook hotel from the Shining
