It's rare that I would stay at the Omni, but a friend booked it and it was fabulous. Super, super convenient for the Braves games, as well as The Battery. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds. Housekeeping was spot on and we even got a free gift! Very much loved staying here. Great amenities with restaurant options within the Omni and close by. During an extended rain delay for the Braves game, easily returned to the room. While the blackout curtains are great, be aware that if there's an event going on at Truist, you'll not get much sleep (if you need to go to bed early) as you can definitely hear the crowd inside. I didn't mind, but just something to consider. Loved the baseball themed decor and hallways. Amazing stay!

Many of the hotel's 264 rooms, including 28 suites, offer spectacular views of Truist Park and the surrounding Battery Atlanta plaza, with some suites on the 16th floor even boasting private terraces. While the blackout curtains in rooms are highly effective, guests should be aware that the excitement of events at Truist Park, including crowd noise and fireworks, can be audible within the rooms, particularly if one needs to go to bed early.
The overall environment is polished and upscale, with a focus on providing a seamless "play, work, stay" experience. The property exudes a vibrant energy, particularly on game nights, and is designed to cater to both leisure travelers looking for entertainment and business travelers utilizing the nearby Cobb Galleria Centre, which is accessible via a pedestrian bridge.

Guests have consistently praised the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of the beds. The baseball-themed decor and hallways add a unique touch to the guest experience. While generally excellent, one guest noted the lack of a physical room service menu and issues with a phone not working, which may have limited their in-room dining options. This suggests that while room service is available, there might be slight inconsistencies in delivery or information. Daily housekeeping ensures rooms are kept in pristine condition, and guests have even reported receiving free gifts, adding a personal touch to their stay.
The Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta actively promotes its unique location as the official hotel of the Atlanta Braves, offering special packages and experiences that tie into game days and events at The Battery Atlanta. These may include offers like the "Park & Play Package" with complimentary parking, or "See Truist Park" packages that include breakfast and a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium. Seasonal promotions like "Come Away With Us" offer discounts for longer stays and free meals for children, enhancing value for families. Omni also provides special rates for AAA members, government and military personnel, and seniors, as well as a "Romance Offer" for couples.
Guest experiences, however, overwhelmingly reflect an "amazing stay" and "bucket list" experiences, particularly for Braves fans. The hotel's convenience for games and access to The Battery's amenities is a consistent highlight. Guests frequently commend the "fabulous" experience, "spot on" housekeeping, and the variety of dining options both within the Omni and nearby. The friendly and accommodating nature of the staff, especially bartenders, is often highlighted as going "Over and Beyond" to make stays memorable. The views of the Braves game and fireworks from certain rooms are consistently described as spectacular and well worth the experience. While some minor issues like noise from stadium events or occasional room amenity discrepancies (e.g., missing room service menu) have been mentioned, they are generally overshadowed by the overwhelmingly positive aspects of the hotel's location, amenities, and service. The Omni Hotel at the Battery Atlanta clearly delivers a specialized and highly satisfying experience for its target demographic.

May 14, 2025 · Meredith FosterOver and Beyond, The Bucket List experience that I've always wanted! I have never been happier with the staff for the bartenders in my life. The room was great however there was no room service menu. We probably would have spent more than 200 more dollars if we had a menu and the phone worked we stayed in 1425 on four four. I will tell you the Braves game the fireworks everything was spectacular from this room it was a bucket list 100% and it was so worth it thank you for the staff for making this work.
Apr 05, 2025 · Michael HanleyGreat location. This area is a best practice for a sports stadium. Great bars and restaurants. Tremendous energy from the mixed use development even if not a game day. Hotel is extremely nice. Clean comfortable rooms. Great service. Good restaurants and bars. Not ridiculously overpriced.
Mar 08, 2025 · tom elkinsCan't say enough good things. Hotel reached out days before my arrival checking to see if I had any questions or needed anything for my stay. Rooms and hotel are everything you'd expect from the Omni. Perfect perfect perfect location for a Braves game.
May 13, 2025 · Phillip McCabeAmazing Bartenders & Great Vibes! Crystal and Dillon were absolutely fantastic at the 2nd Floor Bar in the Omni Atlanta at The Battery! From the moment we arrived, they made sure we were well taken care of—drinks were always in hand, special requests were no problem, and their energy kept the good times flowing. They were fun, professional, and genuinely made our night better. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by to see them. Say hi, grab a drink, and enjoy the great atmosphere they help create!
