Apr 15, 2025 · Daniel SabatoWe stayed at this property on the 29th of March 2025. The room and facility was very clean and well presented. Functional, no frills rooms. The ONLY reason for the 4 star overall and 3 star on the room was the exterior noise levels were a bit loud even well after the event. In fact, the noises primarily heard were motor vehicles traversing the streets. Overall a pleasurable stay.
Apr 02, 2025 · ScottW -GA-USA1st time going! Went to a networking meeting every 3rd Thursday. Had a great time and met some good business entrepreneurs. Had several pitches, games, food and open bar. Definitely a great group of people and great vibe!
Apr 18, 2025 · Darlene CollinsI recently attended a networking event at this hotel and, unfortunately, had an extremely disappointing experience with the bar service. Toward the end of the event, one of the attendees graciously bought our group drinks. The bartender, Mia, had been openly taking shots with other customers throughout the evening and appeared to be somewhat inebriated. After we sat down—no more than 20 feet from the bar—Mia suddenly started yelling across the room, claiming she hadn’t been tipped by the person who bought our drinks. This outburst was completely unprofessional and humiliating, as there were around six people at the bar and five of us seated, all within earshot of her accusations. First, it is never appropriate for a staff member to shout about tips, especially in front of other patrons. Second, a tip is a gesture of appreciation for good service—never an obligation to be demanded. Mia’s behavior went far beyond what is acceptable in a hospitality setting and severely tarnished my impression of the hotel as a whole. I sincerely hope management will address this issue and ensure that such rude and unprofessional conduct is not repeated. It would be wise to remind staff that hospitality revolves around courtesy and respect, and that a tip is earned through good service—not coerced through public embarrassment.
Feb 18, 2025 · Rica ValtairoThis is a very nice hotel for the price and location. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because I had no idea the showers had no doors or curtains for privacy. It makes for very awkward showers when sharing a room. The shower is in full view when you open the door so not much time to react. Otherwise, very nice. Oh, and the toilet paper is cheap. Bring your own if you’re used to thicker and softer ply.
