The room was clean and comfortable, and I didn’t have any major complaints. It’s a decent, above-basic hotel—nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. My only real issue was that the hot water wasn’t hot, which was a bit disappointing ( I like to was h my hands in warm water) Overall, it’s a solid option if you just need a clean place to stay without too many frills.

May 19, 2025 · Sophia H.R.Mrs. Quinn, one of the sweetest staff members from St. Thomas, made our stay comfortable. Her wonderful personality and warm demeanor make her the heart of the place. Everyone knows her, and she knows everyone, including every guest she meets. The hotel itself is a bit old and a bit outdated, but it didn’t affect my sleep or the quality of my stay. The staff works hard to keep things running smoothly and clean. Breakfast is included, and it is decent. There are plenty of food and entertainment options in the area to keep you occupied during your stay. It’s a great place to stay if you’re a Braves fan.
Apr 25, 2025 · Brittany AThis hotel is absolutely disgusting and the worst Hilton affiliated hotel I’ve ever experienced. I stayed at this hotel May 12-16 2025 for a work trip. Upon my arrival, I immediately noticed the carpet was filthy which is a direct reflection that the hotel has aged poorly. I entered my room and turned on the shower, NO hot water. I slid the glass shower door closed and it completely fell off it’s runner. Now I’m in a cold shower attempting to put the entire glass door back on the runner. After fixing the door, I called the front desk and subsequently moved to another room, which they ensured hot water. NO HOT WATER. I turned on the TV and there was a huge crack in the plasma screen. I then attempted to call the front desk, and guess what? The phone in the room didn’t work!!! I went down to the front desk and expressed my dissatisfaction. The next morning I spoke to the front desk representative and request a new TV and phone for the room. Upon my return that evening from the office, does anyone reading this review think there was a new TV or working phone in the room? Well you’re right, NOPE. I again expressed my dissatisfaction and managements solution was that I could check out. I pride myself that I am not a complainer, but this was ridiculous. Just a horrible hotel and the condition of the facility is a direct reflection of management, if you can call it that…. Stay away at all costs!!!
May 17, 2025 · andrew rodgersI'm gonna say hit or miss. I've spent most of the past 5 months in the hotel. The rooms vary a great deal in quality. Most are dated. Some have been recently updated. 432 was my favorite. 402 not so much. Some doors work with the app, some don't. In many rooms the shower doors don't stay closed. I wedged a towel in the tracks to keep from getting water all over. Breakfast is ready around 6 AM. The breakfast staff was friendly. Actually, all of the staff were friendly. No issues there. The mall is easy walking distance. The stadium a little bit more but certainly doable ~ 1 mile. I stay at a lot of Hamptons... this one is on the lower end. It's a reasonable value when the Braves are out of town. Dynamic pricing is a bit of a pain and it's frustrating to pay $200/ night depending on activities in the area.

While booking this hotel online the website crashed, we did not receive any confirmation texts or emails in regards to our first attempt, so we tried again and successfully booked our room. Upon arrival the front desk staff told us we had two rooms booked, although we only had confirmation for one, and refused a refund. We contacted the help number on the website only to be told over again that they would not refund the second room although we never got a confirmation for said room. After trying to no avail to get help for this hotel's mistake, we noticed a shower full of black mold and human hair, a human-feces stain on the office chair, popcorn and human hair in the bed sheets, and dead bugs in the drawers. We asked the staff for clean sheets, but the gentleman couldn't find pillow cases or blankets even though ours had obviously been used. This is absolutely unacceptable, unbelievable, and shocking for the expense of this room. I have never in my 30 years experienced such poor service, such a disgusting hotel, and absolute refusal to return stolen money for an absolutely atrocious room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They are thieves, they don't clean, they are overpriced, and offer absolutely no help or remorse. Upon arrival to the front desk to check out the woman was in an argument with another couple because she was refusing to help them as well. Once the couple gave up trying to rectify their own issue caused by the hotel, the woman at the front called a friend and began chatting and laughing and told us to wait to be helped checking out. She did not help us check out so we left the room keys at the front. After finally leaving I see multiple additional unauthorized charges on my card and no one at the hotel will answer the phone. This woman did not have a name tag and refused us contact with a manager after being asked. I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau and will be disputing these charges, aside from the single charge for our one room, as theft.
