Absolutely HORRENDOUS!! Has cockroaches! The toilet barely flushed, the ceiling tiles where all messed up, the paint was coming off the wall, the floor was just nasty, the drain around the the tub was rusted and corroded, the sink wouldn’t drain, the ceiling was rusty. States WiFi and breakfast but you don’t get either option, no coffee pot in the room either. Was the absolute worst!! Had to keep checking on my car throughout the night!! We booked a 2 night stay this weekend but we checked out 1st thing Saturday morning and then after our trip to sea world I drove the 7hrs home! I could not let my children stay another night there! Absolutely scary! The pizza delivery driver asked me if I knew what area of town I was in and that we did.not belong in that motel.

Mar 23, 2025 · Kathy VaughnThis is one of THE WORST rooms I have ever stayed in or attempted to. I was originally gonna stay here for 2 night but after stepping into this room I decided to book a different hotel. Prior to walking in, no smoking signs everywhere yet people smoking joins and cigarettes are standing outside smoking. When stepping into the rooms you get a strong smell of pee and dust. Plenty of suspicious stains all over the room, holes and leaks in the ceilings, stains on the chairs, and bed sheets that probably dont get washed. Has outlets looser than a grandmas yk. Bathroom ceiling fan, falling out of the ceiling and a shower head made for an oompa loompa. Only good thing about this room is the 20 in TV. Not sure if it even turns on. Wish I could give 0 stars but cant, so I will give it 1.
Apr 23, 2025 · Clutc1h_ BSUI am only giving it a one star so that I could leave a review My husband stayed here last night and can tell the maid service was not in there or did not clean it properly. My husband being in a Marine, says he slept in worse places, but I have an issue with it. He said when he walked in, it smelled like stale cigarettes and alcohol. There was a wet washcloth hanging over the curtain rod. A part of the ceiling peeling down. Two things on the wall that look like bubblegum. But the problem I really had is that there was a grocery bag attached over the smoke detector. Had a maid been in there to clean, there would not have been a wet washcloth, and the smoke detector wouldn’t still be covered Looking at the other reviews on here the place is absolutely nasty and I don’t know how they get away with it. I do plan on contacting the health department and OSHA about these issues because no one should have to stay in a hotel this nasty. You know they have the money to pay for the repairs and the upkeep . There’s no excuse for this. I wish he would’ve taken better pictures for me, but I’m gonna post the ones that he did send. If you have to stay here, take some Lysol and cleaning products, bring your own towels and bedding to put over top of what they have there. From what someone else said I would also bring some bug spray.
Apr 07, 2025 · Rachel MorganAbsolutely DO NOT stay here. I am saying this from the goodness of my heart if you want to save yourself discomfort, stress, and stay safety that includes your health. I booked to stayed here for my husband’s BMT graduation for the end of March 2025 and this was the worst experience of my life. I don’t need much to be comfortable so a couple roaches or dirty sheets on the comment don’t care me but this was straight but hazardous. The location is less than safe I can’t tell you the amount of random people and staff openly asking for my room location and following me to see where I stayed there was no surveillance and the building looks like it’s about to fall in on itself. I am talking about missing walkway on the second floor and raw construction materials everywhere. Once I receive my room it was dirtier than expected I began to be grossed they do not clean at all ever seems like. I didn’t find roaches I found mouse droppings. I proceeded to change rooms 3 times each rooms was under the same condition huge spots of mold in the ceiling, something that looked like throw up on every tub floor, and everything looked like it had never been cleaned not once ever. I simply could not stay 3 night 4 days here. Every time I tried talking to front desk they were unfazed by my claims, they told me it was normal after showing them the rooms, apparently it’s normal that their leak often and after her mistakenly placing in a room that had already been booked in the 3rd try switching rooms (you could imagine how akward that was getting walking into by a stranger). I proceeded to ask for a refund so I could stay somewhere else because I simply couldn’t no matter how hard I tried. I checked out asked her how to get a refund and she didn’t want to help me and said to call the 3rd party with whom I booked with. I did and they told me they couldn’t get in contact with management. I went back in and explained she assured me to wait and I would for sure get my refund. Well after waiting a week and a half on 3rd party try trying to contact their management I got notified of denial of my refund ( because it’s up to them if they want to return your money) tried corporate and their contact information is invalid, my last resort to get my money back is dispute with my credit card. Please don’t be like me and choose better. I wasn’t the only family who had booked online who had to move to a different hotel that day and it just wrong what these people are doing to non locals. Don't fall into their trap to steal money from non locals who are just trying to find an affordable place to see our loved ones at BMT or whatever your stay might be for. Update April 7th, 2025: Still disputing and although they are prompt to reply to bad reviews they are not prompt to reply to emails sent through the email they just provided as a reply. Seems automated and part of the scam to me. Just another word of warning.
Apr 07, 2025 · MelanieI usually never write reviews, but I feel the need to warn people before staying here. I stayed here for 5 nights, and I wish I hadn’t booked it for that long. For $57 a night, this was a disaster. Found 2 live roaches behind the fridge. The shower water was freezing cold every time, towels were dirty, hair (not mine) in the drain. There is no outlet near the bed, and one of them didn’t work at all, so the only light I had at night was the tv glow. The security guard knocked on my door TWICE and asked for my number, calling me “gorgeous”, and followed me around when I would walk out. The only good part was the bed which was really comfortable and the sheets were soft, but the security guard worked the night shift so I couldn’t sleep because I was scared. I felt so unsafe and dirty. I really wish I could get my money back, this was the worst motel experience of my life. If you want to gain 10 times more appreciation of your own home, stay here. If you like being safe and clean, don’t stay here.
