Quality Inn JFK Airport Rockaway Blvd

I recently stayed at this hotel for two days before my flight to Spain and had a fantastic experience! It's just a 10-minute drive from the airport, making it super convenient. There are plenty of restaurant options nearby, and the easy bus shuttle to the subway was a real bonus for exploring the area. The rooms were nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay. A special shoutout to the friendly staff, especially Sam and Saida, who went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay!

The hotel is great for an one-night stay with not very expensive price. They provide a mini van from/to the federal circle station, where you could take the air train to terminals. We called upon arrival to book the service. It would be good if they had an email or WhatsApp for this as the phone reception is not always great at the airport. The room is clean and can get access to hot/cold drinking water from the canteen. The heating is quite powerful which is great. One flaw is that the mattresses of the two beds are inconsistent - one is quite hard and the other one is soft... Not sure why. In addition, the breakfast is very basic, pretty much just hot/cold drinks plus toast&cereal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Quality Inn, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Ms SAM!! The location was perfect, making it easy for me to explore the city. But what really impressed me was the free shuttle to the airport - what a fantastic perk! And yes they drop you off at the Air Train which isn't so bad, its great to get some steps in. Overall, I'm so impressed with the Quality Inn in New York. The combination of great service, excellent location, and convenient amenities like the free airport shuttle make it a standout choice for anyone visiting the city. Five stars, without a doubt!

First, the location is close to the airport, however, it is not a safe location. We immediately locked ourselves in the room upon arrival and did not leave until checkout because we did not feel safe. Second, the rooms do not look like the pictures. The room was still dirty—the floors were sticky and there were pencil shavings all over the desk. There were dead bugs stuck to the walls. Third, it is very noisy. We could hear people moving around and talking all night. Overall, I would NEVER stay here again. Especially if I was alone. Spend the extra money and stay further away from this area. The towels and sheets were clean, so I will give credit where it’s due.

My experience at Quality Inn was very intriguing and excellent.. it's one of the best hotels I've ever been to.. the rooms are clean and cozy. The service is excellent.. the free breakfast 🥞 food is good. And the front desk, Sam and Anna were very pleasant and helpful.. they treated me like with respect and Sam was very professional.
