Overview: While only a very short trip from JFK airport (5 min. or so by cab), the room was under-underwhelming, especially for the price ($99 + tax = $117). Disregard website - there is NO SHUTTLE TO/FROM JFK airport. Amenities: See photos for some details of note. Entrances to reception and rooms were through an outdoor courtyard accessed by either a relatively narrow ramp or stairs. An elevator is available. Bedding and towels appeared clean to the eye, at least. The bed was comfortable enough, though the blanket was very thin. There is no coffee machine or hair dryer in the room. There was a mini fridge. There appeared to be mold around the tub edge, and hot water was unreliable. A/C system controls did not seem to work, so a loud fan ran all night. One highlight was the receptionists- both were very kind and helpful!

Mar 13, 2022 · Kenna S.I stayed at this hotel as a result of a flight cancellation. The convience of the hotel is that it is only a few minutes from the airport. The room itself is small and mostly clean. The bathroom is simple. There is mold growing along the caulking. There are old pipes sticking out of the wall from previous renovations. There are no USB charging ports so bring a wall adapter. The real draw back is there is a loud beeping noise in the hallway. There is no lobby so random people can converse right outside your door. Overall the stay was tolerable for a traveler with a rescheduled flight.
Sep 23, 2022 · Johnathan silsleyDo not stay here if you’re a woman alone. This neighborhood is really scary and the locks aren’t secure. I couldn’t sleep because of how terrified I was. Anyone could walk into the hotel because there’s no lobby. Next time, I would definitely pay the extra bucks for a safer option. There are stains on the bed sheets too.
Jan 14, 2023 · Diana KerolosYou get exactly what you pay for. Had a layover and needed somewhere close to stay for a couple of hours. The room is tiny. Like if you held hands with someone else you could touch both walls tiny. So were the towels. It was clean though. Neighborhood is schetchy. There is a Burger King and 711 nearby.
Apr 21, 2023 · Sonya GreenThe room was a little small but real estate is tight in NYC and it was to be expected. The free breakfast was quite good and much appreciated. The free airport shuttle was great and extremely punctual and quick. The blankets were a little dirty but white is a poor color choice for hotel comforters. Overall, excellent service but slightly below great accommodations. Would stay again.
