From the check in to check out, it was not a pleasant experience. The staff treated us as an inconvenience and not welcomed. We booked a room with two beds and a pull out. The pull out did not have sheets or a pillow and when we asked for some, we were given attitude and told they would try to find sheets but didn't have pillows. Later the sheets were brought to the room but they told us they had no pillows. We had to use a sheet rolled up as a pillow! The room was falling apart. Water damage on ceiling with a hole. Staples falling out of wall from decorative trim. Bathroom fan so loud it woke up others in room. Corners of room were dirty and wall damaged and seemed to be poorly repaired. They offer a game room in hotel but multiple games did not work. They offer gym but key would not work to open door. Noticed fire extinguisher was missing from wall and repairs being done in unsecured areas with ceiling tiles missing and ladders left out. Bathrooms in common areas caution taped off. Breakfast included was disgusting. The coffee tasted burnt, muffins were rock hard, fruit rotten and the eggs may have been the worst thing I've ever tried to eat. They had make your own blueberry waffles without a blueberry or blueberry flavoring in site. Thank goodness for the fruit loops or nothing would have been edible. Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay somewhere else!!

Jan 27, 2025 · Dustin DeshiroVery disappointed for a quality in, the room was disgusting. Mold, rusty sink, crack filled unpainted walls. Bad smell in the room from the carpets. We were supposed to be there for 2 nights, but only stayed 1 because we were late getting off the road. It was a challenge getting help that night on the condition of our room, but the lady at the desk the next morning was amazing. Do not recommend!!
Nov 23, 2024 · JaysonOne of the worst places we have stayed. Furnishings and room are old and tired and not worthy of the price of the room - $224, though I used some Expedia points which drove it down. As soon as we entered, the room smelled like a locker room. Beyond that the room was dirty (see photos): toothpaste on the bathroom wall, cherry pits on the closet floor (!) hidden by the ironing board, which I needed to use to get ready for a wedding, filth on the wall by the small trash basket where people had obviously thrown trash which bounced off the wall and left smears, rusty metal fixtures in the bath, who-knows-what on the full-length mirror, gunk on the outside of the tub, potato chips by the edge of the bed on the carpet, a long black hair dangling from the folded bathroom towels on the rack, and the list goes on. The only thing clean was the bed linen, thank goodness. We could not get out of there fast enough. This is first time in all of our travels that I have not left a tip for housekeeping because this place was disgusting.
Feb 12, 2025 · Sandra EarleyUnremarkable in a good way. Small coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room, everything worked, decent breakfast. My room was right behind the front desk so I could hear people coming and going but it didn't bother me, I always bring earplugs when traveling. $99 with my AAA discount. I would probably stay there again if I'm in the area.
Sep 06, 2024 · DaveAs advertised it is a 2 star hotel. It was fine for us - we used it as a stopping point for skiing. The staff were friendly and working hard to keep things neat. The ownership would be well advised to update/renovate the interior - everything is just VERY dated. Hot water in the showers would be great too. If the prices had been lower to match the hotels infrastructure it would get higher ratings but like all NH/VT hotels during ski season, the raise prices on weekends.
