Nice and cozy stay for the night here. Nice front desk workers who helped and answered questions I asked. The room was nice as well, bathroom was ok. The bath tub you can tell was just painted over to cover something up or just "patch it up" so to speak. The door to get in the room was loose for some reason so when you closed the door it still pushed open a little bit, but it was still locked. Also the walls are pretty thin and not that sound proof at least to me. I could hear foot steps quite alot and the creaking of the walls/floors and climbing of stairs. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. Most likely Microwaved eggs and I was surprised to see corn beef hash. Eggs were dry and chalky tasting but it did the job. Has waffle stations and pancake station. Big coffee machine with different strength levels. Juice station, bagels, etc. Asked to have the eggs refilled and they were refilled promptly. Very kind staff. If I may also make a suggestion if you're staying in the area or at least here, go check out the Mountain house restaurant down the street. Absolutely delicious Indian restaurant food. Never would have thought I'd find something like that here in the mountains of Vermont. All in all, a nice stay as I'm just passing through as a truck driver.

Apr 25, 2025 · Alec KDJ is one of the most kind and patient people I've ever met. Above and beyond doesn't describe this guy enough. He dealt with more crap from people in 4 hours than I've ever seen anyone take in a year and he did it with a smile. Check your reservations before you leave your house don't yell at the desk people!! Keep it up DJ
May 19, 2025 · Chris MillsHonestly if it wasnt for the lady at the front desk we probably would of left and found another place to stay. This place is definitely dated which isn't a huge deal but the rooms r separate from the main building to check in so if it is snowing or raining it's annoying. The pool was clean the hot tub was a little questionable. The breakfast was decent we had waffles. From the pictures on the website it was a little deceiving once we got there.
Feb 16, 2025 · Jeana WI have stayed here several times. They have been redoing rooms and remodeling several areas of the property. It has been a slow process. Each time I stay there I am excited to see what they have done. I know it’s not an easy thing for a business to go through this type of change, but their basic service and rapport with clients as myself has been very consistent. I enjoyed my last Stay.
Jan 13, 2025 · Victoria HeatherlyDO NOT book at this hotel. Their was a domestic abuse situation in the room next door to mine where I heard a thud and a woman scream. I told the front desk about it but I'm not sure if the girl up front cared enough to call the cops. I obviously left to get another hotel, but when I tried to get my refund, they wouldn't do it and they kept saying they'd have the manager call me but she never did. This place is trash and I'd rate it 0 stars if I could.
