This was a very disappointing and frankly disgusting experience. I wish negative ratings were possible. The service was extremely annoying. Upon arrival, the bed sheet in the first room I was assigned was visibly dirty, with hair and stains clearly present. This indicates a severe lack of basic hygiene and is incredibly disrespectful to customers. When I brought this to the attention of reception, the staff member initially tried to argue with me, as if they had personally inspected the sheet and found it clean. This defensiveness was unprofessional and frustrating. Eventually, they did change the room. Furthermore, it has now been seven days since my departure, and my safety deposit has still not been returned. This is unacceptable. Due to the unhygienic room conditions and the failure to return my safety deposit, I am planning to take legal action.

Without not being properly set in the bathroom at lea. Refrigerator ruin my food because it stopped working.. Remote control of t v not working t v quality is very poor super poor you can't hardly see anything. Janitor or he fixing guy of the hotel very rude. Room service very poor it a super poor quality I do not recommend this roach hotel for anyone run they don't even have commanderry coffee in the morning.Nothing. The price It's expensive. It's better off paying thirty dollars more a night. Then staying in this trashy place. And to top it off they didn't bring us toilet paper. In the lamps on the table is broken. When I asked them to reimburse, meet somanie for my purchase of my food. Because the refrigerator wasn't working, it ruined it, they didn't. We asked for a change in rooms as we had a joining room due to have children but not available. Asked for our money back and they refused saying we could have seen the room before paying, which was never stated when checking in. The bed had dirty sheets and when you removed the bedding, the bed was so gross it looked as it came from the dumpster. The mattress was so dirty that the front staff won't even come into the room to see it, she stood at the door saying she knew it was dirty. But still refusing to do anything to assist us.

Worst money spent, this is the motel not hotel. Be careful of bed bugs. Heat absolutely doest work, bathroom sink water tap installed by genius, it touches the sink that you can't even wash hand. This place should not be in business.

Upon arrival the heat was not on we turned it on to 90 and absolutely no heat all night long. Thin summer blankets on bed nothing to keep you warm. My sister said no heat in her room either. My poor mother froze all night and didn't sleep either due to cold. The floor was like inside of a freezer. I brought issues to attendant and all he said was call customer care and get refund as I asked for a refund.
