Mar 30, 2025 · Kym BuchanWe stayed in a 2 room suite for 3 nights at this hotel. The suite was very comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms spacious. The sofa bed was also quite comfy. The small kitchen had everything needed if you needed to cook there (we didn't need it though). The hotel is only a short uber/lyft ride to train station, which was very convenient. Breakfast was great, offering plenty of options to start the day; the only complaint is that if you get there a little later in the morning, food runs out and they do not refill some things. We had a few issues: A window that would not close properly (it was 20 degrees outside and 58 degrees in the room!) and a toilet that would not stop running. The window was taken care of same night we arrived while the toilet was temporarily fixed by my husband, but the clerk was informed of the issue. The front desk clerks were very helpful and courteous to our needs, especially Caitlynne. All in all, I would recommend this hotel and would also recommend the suite for as many as 6 people.
Jan 09, 2025 · Monica MartinezAs an SPG/Bonvoy Titanium member, I stay in a lot of hotels. This hotel in general is a nicely run place and the rooms are well appointed. However, and this is not just this hotel, something HAS GOT TO BE DONE about the smoking of doobies in these hotels. We had to sleep with the windows open because the stench of pot was so strong. It was impossible to determine where the smell was coming from but it was clearly in the hotel and the elevators stink of it as well. The AC/air handler was so loud we couldn't run it and sleep. But otherwise the hotel is a nice option
Mar 12, 2025 · Steven KalurWe had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly at the front desk as well as the breakfast crew. Especially would like to call out Donisha J. For her top quality service and attention to detail. She made us feel so welcome like family!
