Used to be a great place to rent for the weekend and take your kids to Bronx zoo but now it’s a shelter. So I don’t know how the shelter is running it but it’s no longer a hotel

We were only there for a few hours and could not deal; supposed to be for a week. Not family oriented. Tiny rooms, says non smoking, but the entire place smelled like a giant cigarette. Thin walls, not a pleasant environment inside nor out. Not enough parking spaces; first come first serve--- 8 spaces for about 20 to 25 rooms. I feel our building manager did not care about us; she did not care where she placed us.. she would not stay there with her family so why would you make me and mine stay there. It was not appropriate for the family, we have children. They should invest and renovate the place.. to make it a suite hotel.. thicken up those walls and add proper amenities, like a fridge, microwave, coffee maker or even kitchenettes. They could charge way more and it would be worth it..

TO ENJOY AND CONVERSE WITH AS WELL AS THE CRACK HAVEN BY THE METRO NORTH STATION IN FORDHAM THEN MAKE YOURE WAY THREW THE GETTO OF BELMONT OR MAYBE ARTHUR AVE IS NICE NOT THE SURROUNDING STREETS DONT BELIVE THIS NAME BE SMARTER THAN THAT THE ZOO IS WCS NON PROFIT NOT A HOTEL NO AFFILIATION WIT HTHE ZOO THIS IS A MONEY GRAB RUN AWAY THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE TOTALLY FAKE

The only trip was that the hallway stank like cigarettes and urine but once you get into your room everything is fine. The bathroom is nice, everything was working well for the most part. The morning of checkout there was once roach that popped up but I'm not too sensitive about those things. I was bummed that the hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. 7 parking spots max in front of the hotel and it's first come first serve. Thankfully the front desk helped us out and prepared the Car omce parking was available ! The breakfast was great, I love your selection of coffee, tea and juice. A more premium experience stay at this "Inn".
Jul 19, 2018 · Olivia JayThe front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The hotel looked exactly like the picture. The price is very reasonable for the having a workout area and free breakfast with wifi. I will definitely come back!
