However, it is crucial to present a balanced view incorporating customer feedback. Reviews highlight areas where the hotel's services and features may not consistently meet expectations. One customer reported significant issues with noise, describing "paper thin" walls that allowed noise from adjacent rooms and street noise to penetrate, making it difficult to sleep. Another review mentioned a reservation problem, where a booked room with a bed and a sofa was not provided, and the only solution offered was a fold-up cot, indicating potential inconsistencies in room allocation or communication regarding room features. The review also stated delays in finding the reservation upon arrival, suggesting potential inefficiencies in the check-in process. These points are important for local users to consider, especially if a quiet environment or specific room amenities are critical to their stay.

Feb 02, 2025 路 Aaron WilkI usually don't write reviews, but this hotel or employees are unprofessional and inconsiderate. I took my son to NYC because he always wanted to go and also to see family. I chose this hotel because it was newly built and I thought it would be a great experience. We I got there. They took forever to find my reservation. Then I reserved a room that was supposed to have a bed and a sofa. The room I got didn't have the sofa, so where do I or my son sleep? The only solution they had was a fold up cot. I will continue to visit New York but will never stay there .
May 23, 2023 路 Tyrone JacksonMy stay was for 5 nights. Everything was awesome, yea faced a little parking problem on the weekend and i realized its nyc, but the night shift manager was an amazing guy, he helped us back and fourth for the parking and everything. There breakfast service was wonderful. my whole family loved it and we would for sure stay there again.
Jun 17, 2022 路 Dhruv TaraClean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast is included daily, but i never go; cause wake up close to check-out time. I recently forgot my charger there and had a uber pick it up for. It was pouring rain, lighting and thunder outside and Nick at front desk was very helpful and kind enough to take it outside to the driver. Individulas like this the world needs more of and deserves to be in management positions. Thanks again Nick! 馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徑馃憤馃徑
Jul 21, 2022 路 Jerome AquanThe rudest front desk clerk Ive ever had the bad luck to encounter. Gave us attitude, wanted to over charge us and refused to honored the diamond club priviledged. I always stay at Best Western's hotels but this is not the first time that a staff tries to enforce their own made up rules! Getting really tired of that! BW: you need to get your people in line or I wont be the only one to think about bringing my business to another hotel chain. Loyalty works both ways!
