I was doubtful about this place when I read the comments. But I have to say it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was friendly. I was a platinum member so I double checked to make sure parking was free. But it's not if you're not a member. Extremely quiet 24/7 barely saw anyone there breakfast is not free unless you get the package specifically for free breakfast but it's probably extra room. The hotel was clean and nice no weird smells. The room was nice and clean water temp and pressure perfect provided hand soap and hand lotion smelled amazing lavender and Clementine great scent. Free Internet. It was great because most hotels require authentication code which didn't let me do it on my kids tablets. But this place you connect with no code. Great cabinet space next to the mini fridge nice closet decent space. Our room had two beds and a pull out sofa. Comfortable beds. The pull out sofa wasn't bad but. Thin mattress squeaky springs. Balcony was nice.overall experience was wonderful

Features and Highlights:
A significant feature of the Sonesta Select Boston Milford is its focus on providing a comfortable and functional stay, particularly for those on business trips or extended visits. The "comfortable beds" and good "water temp and pressure" in the showers are frequently highlighted as positives. The presence of a pull-out sofa in some rooms (like the King Suite with a sofa bed or two beds with a pull-out sofa) adds flexibility for families or groups, though one review noted the pull-out sofa mattress could be thin and squeaky. The quiet nature of the hotel, with one guest remarking it was "Extremely quiet 24/7 barely saw anyone there," can be a major plus for those seeking a peaceful stay. The hotel aims to make guests "feel right at home" with its spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities like in-room microwaves and mini-fridges. Its participation in the Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program provides benefits for frequent travelers. While the hotel generally receives good ratings for its location and overall service, the mixed reviews regarding cleanliness and staff consistency warrant consideration. The stark contrast between a "disgusting" room with "stains everywhere including the sheets" and "black mold" reported by one guest, versus another's "clean and nice no weird smells" experience, suggests variability in room conditions or guest expectations.

Feb 22, 2025 · Melvis&babs DumaisFront desk man was so rude and acted like I was bothering him for check in. The room had stains everywhere including the sheets. Definitely not a welcoming experience considering the price to stay there for one night. Oh there was also mold all around the elevator door. I noticed our room had a scent. Black mold. I never complain and often stay in motels, I don’t expect much, but this was disgusting. There should not be black mold in a hotel.
May 23, 2025 · Olivia FournierWhen we got in at 9:00 pm there was a bunch of kids and parents from a hockey tournament there and they were WILD!!! Screaming, yelling, running around, hitting a ball around with hockey sticks IN THE LOBBY!!!! It was pure chaos. Not one adult said one word. The parents all just sat there talking like it was completely normal for these kids to be acting like maniacs there in the hotel. The front desk guy didn’t say anything either. Then my husband and I were trying to sleep and all we could hear was kids running up and down the hallways and doors slamming. My daughter stayed at another hotel in the area and said they also had hockey tournament kids there and they were all quiet and well behaved. I think someone should’ve told these kids ”parents” to control their children because believe it or not there were other people in the hotel, not just them! ALSO it is SUPER annoying that you have to pay $5 to park in the parking lot. I have never heard of something so ridiculous. Where the heck else are we supposed to park especially when we are paying $200+ for one night! Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Apr 07, 2025 · Krista AngusWe were assigned this hotel for a stay to play hockey tournament, so we didn't have another option. Based on its services and quality, this hotel should be classified as a budget hotel; however, it charges rates typical of a three-star hotel or higher. At $240 a night, it simply isn't worth the price. **Pros:** - Conveniently located near the highway. - Spacious lobby for socializing. - Quiet and efficient air conditioning. - The rooms are acceptable. **Cons:** - Pay for parking every night. - No complimentary breakfast or coffee is offered. - No on-site restaurant.
May 20, 2025 · Priscilla ChavarriaExcellent place to spend a weekend vacation, my wife and I loved our room and all the facilities. Nice clean pool, great little gym and even laundry available. We had a nice time and it was very quiet and relaxing weekend.
