I booked a few nights, never stayed at a Staybridge before. Always been a Hilton person. Wow, I was impressed. Lots of space, very clean, very comfortable. I will most definitely stay at this location again. It was all the luxuries of home and our 8 year old loved it so we really loved it. Honestly, I was impressed from the moment I walked in to check in. Super friendly and helpful at check in. Smooth easy process. Nice, clean laundry facility and breakfast included. Just can't say enough good.

Mar 20, 2025 · Len GrantI stayed here the week of 2/10-14 with a sewing guild on retreat. I can’t say enough good things about the hotel or the staff. They were so friendly and accommodating. I loved meeting them and each morning I felt like I was greeting one of my friends as I headed for the conference room where our machines were secured each evening. There was always coffee & water in the lobby, along with fresh fruit. The breakfast and social hour was such a special treat and the food was very good. I recommend staying at this hotel. The rooms are so clean and well stocked. Thank you Staybridge, Pigeon Forge—you made our week awesome!
Feb 14, 2025 · Karen McEwenThe staff and management are amazing. The general manager is the best. My kids and I loved the environment and cleanliness of the hotel. They are also pet friendly. If you are looking for a nice place to stay that is in the middle of all of the main attractions this is the place for you. We stayed there last weekend while my children were on spring break. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Thank you all for a great stay.
Mar 23, 2025 · jess marieDo not book a room using the website. They are a 3rd party operation and charge a $17.99 fee for just using them. Call the hotel directly. Plus, the hotel puts a $20.00 hold on your room when you check in. When I checked in, Tiffany Phillips, who was an assistant manager, was kind and very nice and accommodating. I told her about being charged the $17.99 fee, and she took it off my total bill. I probably would have rated this hotel a 3 if it wasn't for her. The room was spacious but very expensive for March. It was a one room suite with a full kitchen and a balcony, and I paid $247.00 for one night after taxes. We had a balcony that overlooked the mountains, but directly under us was the entrance awning that took some of the scenery away. The outdoor patio off from the breakfast buffet had a beautiful view. It is not close to anything to walk to, so be prepared to drive to any of the destinations. There were the Mustangs in town for that weekend . So maybe that is why the expensive pricing? The room was pet friendly for service animals, and I took advantage of that. I was disappointed in the breakfast the next morning. We did get to the breakfast at around 9:20, and there was hardly anything left, and no one was restocking it, considering the breakfast didn't end until 10:00.
Apr 21, 2025 · Shooting Star 7083I have to say this place was a refreshing surprise from the Florida vacations spots we have stayed. Unfortunately we used a third party to make our reservations. Be careful with those. We got a queen and we needed a king and when I went to change we could not. The manager Tiffany Phillips is a great help. The front desk girl Leslie Edwards is fantastic. She went so far out of her way to help us. These ladies should make their bosses proud. We had a small problem at first. The first room was #311 not a great room the tv is in front of the bathroom and on the side of the bed. We woke up and smashed right in to the corner of the tv in the middle of the night. Sooooooo they moved us to #519. Great room. Over all it is a great hotel. And location. ONLY ONE STAR * FOR The TV situation is really terrible the cable is not user friendly and super confusing and we are very computer literate. LONG STORY
