Not Up to Hilton Standards- I stayed at this Tru by Hilton property for four nights and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations, especially for the price point. The room was extremely tight with virtually no spare space—definitely not ideal if you plan to spend any time beyond just sleeping. The desk setup was also impractical; it was a pull-out surface desk and I had to sit on the bed to work. There was no in-room coffee or tea setup, which was frustrating. I like to start my day with a couple of cups, but instead had to head down to the lobby every morning just to get a basic drink. On the third day the bathroom had a persistent sewer gas smell coming from the shower. Running the water would temporarily clear it, but it kept returning throughout the day, which was unpleasant and concerning. Noise was another major issue. The walls seemed paper-thin—you could hear everything from rooftop activity and barking dogs down the hall to air conditioners in other rooms kicking on and off. As a result, sleep was poor for all four nights. To their credit, the staff were friendly and the room itself was clean, which I appreciated. But overall, the experience didn’t align with what I’ve come to expect from Hilton, especially at this price point. I won’t be booking this location again.

May 12, 2025 · Sandee StettnichsWe usually get the suite but they were booked so we are staying in a regular room. A step above the usual lower end rooms of many places. Would have liked more seating space but we managed. Indoor pool was nice, small, but during the day was completely ours. They also have an outdoor pool/splash area that we may do later. Overall, good place to stay, good location especially being close to the conference center.
May 08, 2025 · Jim NestleThis was the best stay in pigeon forge that we've had! It's right across the street from the island, a couple miles from Dollywood, and easy to get to all of the attractions. The rooms are clean and nice, the staff friendly and helpful, the breakfast is delicious. Overall, a wonderful stay for our vacation!
Jun 12, 2025 · Cindel KrantzThis is a family oriented hotel! Lots of sitting and meeting places. They have a large room with a TV, big toy blocks for kids, and lots of sitting. Loved the area overlooking part of Pigeon Forge! That was way cool. The room was adequate space, but I wish it had a couch. That is the 4 star. Not enough space to just sit down. Our son's room had a bunkbed, which was very nice. He enjoyed that. We would probably stay here again.
Apr 22, 2025 · Bronwen GriffithDecent location, ballfields directly behind hotel blasts music from nearly sunrise to sunset. Very clean hotel, basic breakfast selections. Staff we're not quite unpleasant, but not friendly and welcoming either. Bathtub was flimsy and lacked floor support. No ventilation in bathroom. Multiple lightbulbs burned out in room. Auto curtain was in disrepair. My biggest issue was the mattresses and linens. Very thin, very "budget" style bedding and linens. Does not live up to expectations one would have of the Hilton brand and the price point.
