We booked this hotel through Expedia. The pictures looked fine and they listed a breakfast included. We arrived after 10 PM and checked in - no breakfast available, had been cancelled for quite some time. - Warned that none of the outside doors would lock and ended up with random people walking the hallways. - Doors are a waste, you could hear people talking in the hall at a minimum of a half dozen times between 12AM and 6AM - No carpeting, floors were some sort of plank vinyl that you literally stuck to. - Hallway flooring condition in the picture was the same as the rooms. - Furniture looked to have been second hand, placed the key card on the dresser and had to use the other card to lift it as it had stuck to the top. - Hole in the bathroom floor, wiped up some water and the tissue came away with a dozen hairs and black grime. - Sheets were stained and nothing like the picture from the property site. - Two remotes, both caked with dirt and they would not adjust the sound or turn off the TV. - Stains all over the bathroom counters. - Crap on the back of the bathroom door. - Smell was disgusting. - Drawer of irons and a hairdryer, wouldn’t touch any of them. We slept a few hours and were awake the rest of the time due to noise. Booked out of there as fast as possible. Please do not book this property!

Mar 13, 2025 · B ParadisIt’s a Super 8, so I wasn’t expecting much. Do not stay here. I had to ask for a different room initially as the toilet didn’t work. Next room had a horrible over powering cleaner smell that triggered my asthma and the toilet did not work again. Linens were itchy and stained. I had to end up leaving and getting another room elsewhere. Do you think they refunded the $125? Nope. Not even a portion of it. That they would charge that amount for these rooms is absurd. Note, front desk was very sweet and very understanding.
Feb 27, 2025 · Ian LuceroThere is nothing super about this Super 8. Smells bad, old, no breakfast other than packaged muffins. I don't think that they mop the bedroom food because the stores of my feet were black after about 10 minutes. The sliding glass doors on the ground floor where we were did not lock. We had to use the chair to wedge it shut. Scary! They said on the website that the rooms had two queen beds, but the beds were full sized. We didn't fit it that tiny bed. When we arrived in the area we saw very nice high-end hotels and later wished we had stayed at one of those hotels.
Feb 09, 2025 · Reid StinnettLate night arrival. The room was dirty and the bathroom tub had mold. The hallway floor was very worn with missing pieces of the floating vinyl material. $150.00 deposit was required and assumed it would promptly be returned considering my partner and I always leave a hotel room in better condition than when we arrive. My deposit wasn't returned when asked why, I was informed they smelled smoke in the room. I explained to them that neither of us smoke and the room smelled that way when we checked in. I should have asked for another room the less than pleasant female manager stated. I said there were no other rooms available that night. She said both housekeeping and the front desk both smelled smoke in the room. Again I reiterated that the room smelled that way when we walked into it and that we didn't smoke. She refused to give me her name and wouldn't return my deposit. Basically they stole my deposit. I called Wyndham and was told that this hotel was not part of the corporation but a franchise. The gentleman said he would reachout to the property and get back with me. I never heard back. Over the years I have stayed in Wyndham hotels throughout the country, because of this pathetic experience in a rundown property and stole my security deposit, I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again. I suggest others with similar experiences so the same. Maybe if enough patrons book elsewhere, Wyndham may revisit their tarnished image and less than stellar customer service and seek to make changes. KAD
May 01, 2025 · Al LenIf you are going to spend 150$ on a deposit fee and another 73$ for a room you might as well go to a 3-4 star hotel. This hotel is in no condition to be charging the prices they have listed. On top of the grotesque conditions and horrid general state of the hotel, the lady working upfront was super rude (I was lucky enough to get her name if the company would like to reach out to me) . I was very nice to her but as our conversation continued her attitude and hostile tone only continued to get worse. If it was possible I would leave a -1/5 star review and even a worse one for her. Please reconsidered staying anywhere else.
