**Dave the manager is awesome a little hard to get intouch with but all in all I鈥檓 satisfied with how he finally handled the situation for me, thank you Dave :)** STAY AWAY UNLESS YOURE OKAY WITH ROACHES ALL OVER YOUR ROOM AND ZERO RESPONSE FROM MANGMENT. I stayed here over the weekend Saturday 22nd-23rd. I checked out around 3:00am Sunday morning when I woke up to use the restroom there was German cockroaches (the ones you absolutely do not want to bring home with you) in my room. 1 okay it happens, no there were multiple I stopped looking packed my bags and went to stay at a hotel 30 minutes away that was absolutely phenomenal. The gentleman I spoke with while checking out said he cannot refund me but ensured id be refunded when their manager came in Sunday morning March 23rd. I called Sunday and spoke with a lovely lady who informed me there is no manager in on Sunday EVER. I was told he would be in Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told he had no idea what I was talking about he didn鈥檛 have any notes from house keeping or his staff. Said he would call me by end of day or the day after, I called back he had left for the day (Doesn鈥檛 work again until Thursday 27th) so here I am no refund and still unhappy. I will be filling a complaint with the state as well as best western as that is unacceptable from the lack of cleanliness to the lack of care for providing a comfortable and clean stay which was paid for. I鈥檓 now on day 4 of trying to get an actual response from the hotel, at this point a charge back on my card seems to be the best option. Mar 27, 2025 路 Rhiannon DankoOnly getting a single star because the front desk lady was very nice. First we enter a cold looking and feeling room. ( warm colored LED'S will go far people!) There was a sock behind the door from the last (?) Guest that stayed. I could live with that. Came back in the evening to use the bathroom and found a family of cockroaches in the bathroom . Room (252) and the toilet didn't flush right so we had to get a plunger. And the person that said these are German cockroaches was right. We are keeping the bathroom light on all night with the door closed so they don't come out... hopefully that is enough to keep them away from our stuff.

They let me check in early and when I inquired about the time for breakfast the next morning the manager said it started at 7:30 but he would make sure something was out for me to grab because I was leaving so early. This is not a hotel, it is a motel. The rooms are older and outdated. I had a room with 2 queen beds and they both where rock hard. Neither of them gave any when you sat on them. I woke to a large roach running across my pillow at night. That was the only one I saw but most of the reviews are saying they saw some so theres no doubt an infestation. Once of the two beds in the room had dog hair and dirt on it from a previous guest.

Aside from that though, this MOTEL had a strong Bates Motel vibe. Things appeared clean, but were old and, what my kids call "crusty". Saw three small roaches in the room in the morning. Would not stay ever again.
Mar 10, 2025 路 Meir WagnerSomeone else's hair on the towels. Hair dryer was dirty. Place was dusty. Housekeeping came to the door twice. Once around 10am and the second time around 10:15am. She even asked the second time if we were staying another night. If check out is 11am, why are you coming way before hand and what ARE you cleaning? Also, the tub did not drain. We complained to the front desk. No refund or offer of an alternative. Better to spend $30-$50 more on an actual clean place.
