They upgraded our room to a lake view and gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco with a personalized greeting card. It was a lovely touch. Sitting by the lake in the morning was so peaceful. Would highly recommend if visiting the Berkshires

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, they’ll make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve only been here in the winter so can’t speak to the lake activities. The rooms are inviting, bed is like sleeping on a cloud, breakfast is delicious, welcome libation is fantastic and views of the lake are spectacular. Highly recommend this establishment! Don’t forget to tip the staff (breakfast, front desk, room attendants). They work hard and it shows.
