My family has owned a unit here for over 20 years. It's been disappointing to see the deep decline over the past 5 years. This is the 4th year that the pool is either drained, or not working. The hot tub has been removed and was not accessible for the past 3 years. The rooms are outdated and the staff is rude. It's a shame. We have so many family memories from prior to 2019, but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only thing going for them is the location, but in truth, you can find much cheaper, and more accommodating hotels in the area.

Nov 29, 2024 · Ashley NelsonLocation is excellent. In the Berkshires with access to Lee and Lennox, and a host of small towns that each have their charm. Very quiet place with a lot of elderly population (no small children seen during visit), picture perfect scenery, indoor and outdoor pool, pond with a paddle boat, walking distance to High Lawn farm that has an excellent creamery and place for kids to see cows and calves. Excellent food scene, art and theater scene and beautiful roads for walking and biking.
Oct 06, 2024 · Murali IyerThis is the perfect location to stay at in the most popular part of the Berkshires. Located on a large and lovely estate where you are removed from the hustle and bustle of the primary towns of Lenox Great Barrington and Lee where all the main activity of museums, dining, and shopping are close by. About a ten minute drive or less thru beautiful rolling hills to get to these towns, and a little further to some of the other sites. The staff is marvelous. Always willing to help out, cheerful and good natured. The rooms have been updated and look nicer than they did two years ago. Some problems getting up and down the stairs to the unit entances. Enough parking that you can usually park next to your townhouse style unit.
Oct 16, 2024 · Jimmye FranceThis place is in serious need of renovation and repair. Think of a time capsule circa 1987. It’s very clear that since these units were built the management has done the bare-minimum to keep them operational.
Jan 20, 2025 · Shawn CookeThis is a wonderful place, however if you are used to hotel type service you will be disappointed. You have to clean up, take out your trash, unmake your beds, do your dishes, etc. So, only stay here for longer stays, not just a day or two.
