If you book your reservation online you're missing out by not calling Amanda directly to make your reservation. She was engaging and professional to the point where I told her I would come in and ask for her directly when I arrived on Saturday. At the last minute we had the opportunity to bump up to a king size bed in one of the rooms in the main Lodge a 45-second phone call to Amanda assured that that happened. Check in on Saturday with the rest of her crew Chelsea McKenzie and Tiffany was effortless notwithstanding that the place was packed for the Irish Fest weekend. You could tell that they were all happy to be working there and I can see why places absolutely gorgeous pick any superlative you want to mean excellent and it would fit. Very clean grounds well manicured cabins and lodges all freshly painted nothing in disrepair everything well maintained and up-to-date. Kudos to the owners who saw the potential and had the wherewithal and drive to make it a reality this place is a jewel in the Adirondacks we are already planning our next trip up there

May 19, 2025 · paul devaneWe spent a long weekend here and loved it. There are plenty of activities for the kids....mini golf, sports, game room, indoor pool. Outdoor spaces were well maintained. The hotel is beautifully decorated & super clean. Service was great and it was easy to text the front desk with questions or requests. The chalets are spacious with a nice view of the lake and cute little "wood" burning fireplaces to keep the space cozy. We will definitely return!
Apr 23, 2025 · Kelli SI recently stayed at the Lodge at Schroon Lake with a number of friends for a winter overnight. Our room was clean and comfortable and was very large, with a separate living room and sleeping spaces. In room coffee was great in the morning. We ate on property at the Brown Swan which was delicious. All fresh and healthy. Then, we hit the bar and enjoyed drinks with terrific acoustic music. What a fun night! We’ll definitely return for another visit.
Feb 17, 2025 · Ruth LeslieWe checked in Friday, May 9th. Our receptionist had us checking in four rooms, not the two on our reservation. Not only was she confused, she had us equally confused and very frustrated by the end of the process. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, unfortunately, the walls are very thin, so you can clearly hear your neighbors on either side. Breakfast buffet is $15.00 per person.
May 12, 2025 · Carolyn Elliott CPCPAmazing place any time of the year. I only came for 1 night, but I will have to come back for a week during the summer to really enjoy all the beauty of this resort. Just 4 stars because there are No EV chargers on site, which is not good since it is a pretty deserted area. Although there is a gas station around the corner that does have chargers. Other then that, I LOVE this place
