Aug 20, 2024 · Eugene WashingtonIt's Only Called The Royalton Hotel & Is Not A Bonified Hotel. It's An SRO Where You Can Apply & Pay To Get You Off The Streets. The Rooms Aren't Ideal & It Does Have Rats, Roaches & Bed Bugs & Is Ran By The Revive Center. Yes It Has It's Problems Like The Not So Nice Smell & Some Rooms Have Leaks & Slight Flooding But Again It's Not The Hilton Or Best Western & Won't Get Rave Reviews & Is Not Kid Friendly.
Dec 19, 2023 · Carlton MillerThey've only recently started cleaning up their act. Glad to see they aren't crawling with rodents and pests (on the outside, lord knows what the inside had/has in store), and no longer has lines of overflowing garbage bins with trash that blows around from their alley.
Oct 07, 2023 · MatthewThis place is a joke! I called in the evening to find out what the rates were. The person I talked to said that I would have to call back after 9 AM to find out the rates. I asked him... Sir, you work there, but you don't know the rates? His response was... The rate depends on my income. Really?!!! What does my income have to do with the price that I pay? That's ridiculous! Now, I wouldn't stay here period! Even if they gave me the room. Read the other reviews too. Some say - a homeless shelter kind of thing. Another says - rats, roaches, bed bugs and foul smells. YUCK!!!
