Jun 08, 2025 · Naveena Neerada DasaThe rooms were nice and the service was great. The reason for 4 stars is there was no refrigerator in the room and the paper thin walls. We had to throw our leftovers away and we heard others in the hall and the rooms around us all night. The location was good and the service was good.
Jun 17, 2025 · DIANE' FORNEYAll the staff at this hotel were nice and professional, and their service was prompt. However, the room itself was horrible. 1. There was no fridgerator. 2. The room desperately needs soundproofing! I could clearly hear conversations, spitting sounds while people were brushing their teeth, and flushing toilets. Every sound from neighboring rooms was loud and distinct. Please refer to the attached video — it captures the conversation from the next room, which I recorded as proof. Check the volume. 3. Destination fee- $25 There is "destination fee" which can be used as hotel credit, but I don't like those hidden surprise fee. All hotel should know that those kinds of hidden fee always make the customers feel ripped off and make hotels look really cheap. 4. Location More than a 10-minute walk from the metro station. Not very easy to access major tourist attractions. Unfortunately, my stay was awful.
Jun 08, 2025 · JHThe location is average, this entire hotel needs a refresh. When looking at the rooms it is below average for the DC market. The elevators are slower than expected for this class of hotel. The F&B has multiple options but wouldn’t recommend going there if you have any time to walk around. The gym is rather nice and well maintained.
May 04, 2025 · Tom CharekSolid, but not really a four star experience. No fridge in room, but when requested a nasty, busted old one gets dropped off. The outlet is popping out of the wall. There are two bottles of shampoo and no conditioner, and they force you to spend (or forfeit) $25 on food/drink in the hotel, which is okay food, but overpriced and inflated for hotel purposes. It’s a really neat old building design, just needs some love. I would be very disappointed if I paid full price for this room.
