Beautiful and peaceful property. Large and comfortable rooms. Check-in process was smooth despite having to drive to another location. Breakfast was nice with bagels, muffins, cereals... and coffee. Only wish it would be available at the property. I would stay here again as a getaway for several nights.
For local users exploring options on the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform, White Springs Manor in Geneva, New York, presents itself as an appealing choice for a serene and comfortable stay. Located at 111 White Springs Ln, Geneva, NY 14456, USA, this establishment offers a distinct experience that combines a peaceful environment with well-appointed accommodations. When considering a visit, it's beneficial to have a thorough understanding of what White Springs Manor provides, encompassing its environment, available services, unique features, and any insights into promotions, all derived from available information and authentic guest feedback.
The environment of White Springs Manor is consistently highlighted as one of its strongest attributes. Guests describe the property as "beautiful and peaceful," suggesting a tranquil and aesthetically pleasing setting. This sense of calm makes it an ideal destination for those seeking a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. While specific details on the surrounding landscape are not extensively provided, the mention of a "distant, yet gorgeous view of the lake" strongly implies its proximity to a body of water, most likely Seneca Lake, given its Geneva location in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. This allows guests to enjoy scenic vistas, even if from a distance. The overall atmosphere is characterized as "very cozy," contributing to a relaxing and inviting ambiance that encourages unwinding and rejuvenation. The quiet nature of the property is further emphasized by a guest who "didn't hear a single other person there," suggesting excellent soundproofing or a low occupancy rate during their stay, which enhances the feeling of privacy and seclusion. This peaceful environment is a significant draw for those prioritizing tranquility in their accommodation choice.
In terms of services, White Springs Manor aims to provide a comfortable and convenient experience for its guests. The check-in process, while noted to require driving to "another location" (Belhurst, which sells wine), is described as "smooth," indicating efficiency despite the separate location. This suggests a coordinated system with a sister property. Breakfast is a definite service offered, with guests mentioning "bagels, muffins, cereals... and coffee." This provides a convenient start to the day, though one guest expressed a wish for it to be available directly at White Springs Manor, implying it might be served at the separate check-in location. While extensive details on other services like a full-service restaurant, spa, or concierge are not provided, the focus appears to be on comfortable lodging and essential amenities. The provision of wine glasses in the rooms, considering the association with Belhurst and its wine sales, is a thoughtful touch that enhances the guest experience, particularly for those interested in the Finger Lakes wine country. The staff's efficiency in managing check-ins and potentially room upgrades also speaks to a service-oriented approach, aiming to accommodate guests' needs effectively.
White Springs Manor possesses several features that distinguish it as a preferred lodging option. The rooms are a major highlight, described as "large and comfortable." This suggests ample space and well-appointed furnishings, contributing significantly to guest satisfaction. A key feature mentioned by a guest is the "Jacuzzi," indicating that at least some rooms, like the "Lee room," are equipped with this amenity, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. The possibility of receiving a complimentary upgrade to a "better, more expensive room" demonstrates a commitment to guest satisfaction and a willingness to provide added value, which is a highly appreciated feature. The rooms also offer "a distant, yet gorgeous view of the lake," allowing guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the region from the comfort of their accommodation. While the TV connection was "spotty" for one guest, the overall emphasis on relaxation and comfort, often involving activities like reading a book or enjoying the jacuzzi, suggests that entertainment through technology may not be the primary focus for most visitors. The "cozy atmosphere" throughout the inn further enhances the overall guest experience, creating a warm and inviting environment. The connection to Belhurst, where guests check in and can purchase wine, is also an indirect feature, linking White Springs Manor to a broader hospitality offering.
For local users on the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform, White Springs Manor’s promotional appeal would center on its promise of a peaceful, comfortable, and potentially luxurious getaway. The consistently positive reviews highlighting the "beautiful and peaceful property," "large and comfortable rooms," and the "amazing" jacuzzi are strong selling points. The phone numbers, (315) 781-0201 and +1 315-781-0201, are available for direct inquiries and reservations, allowing local residents to easily inquire about specific room availability, rates, or any current promotions. The clear sentiment of guests wanting to "stay here again as a getaway for several nights" or "would go again" serves as powerful promotional endorsement. For those in search of a romantic escape, a quiet retreat, or a base for exploring the Finger Lakes wine region, White Springs Manor offers a compelling option. The value of receiving a room upgrade further enhances the perception of excellent service and potentially better value. While the breakfast arrangement requires a bit of travel, the overall experience of comfort, peace, and the availability of amenities like a jacuzzi make White Springs Manor a highly recommended choice for a relaxing and memorable stay in the Geneva area.

Jul 31, 2024 · Sonia GallegoBooked one room here and got moved into a better, more expensive room for free; that being the Lee room. We were treated to a beautiful room with a distant, yet gorgeous view of the lake. Very cozy atmosphere and they even included wine glasses with the room, considering they sell wine at the Belhurst where you check in. Jacuzzi was amazing! The TV was spotty to get working, but who watches TV anyways? Get drunk (responsibly), read a book, and chill in the jacuzzi. I swear I didn't hear a single other person there while we stayed for the night. Would go again.
Aug 30, 2024 · Jacob CasianoGreat secluded experience. They describe the experience and expectation on their website well. *Check in is at Belhurst Castle Minimal to no staff on site. You are given a key to come and go as you please. Nice tubs and beds in the rooms. They also have mini fridges and a coffee maker. Our issues were with the dead bugs between the windows. Aside from that , the manor was as described and we were pleased with that. Would stay here again.
Jun 16, 2023 · Erik StonehamBesides the bat, and wasps…. This place has a lovely setting, yet you can barely take advantage of its best feature—outside! There are 4 dirty old Adirondack chairs overlooking the lovely orchard and distant views of lake Seneca. The porch is littered with bird droppings and there was a wasps nest at the base of one of the large pillars. There was a sign posted by the door warning guests so it’s not as if management is unaware. They just have no intention of addressing. All rendering the access to outdoor relaxation or that morning coffee/evening cocktail impossible. As for the interior, lest say, unless you enjoy musty old carpets, moldy smelling interiors, windows that don’t open to allow for fresh air in, or bats…you best not stay here. The room was spacious, king sized bed was comfortable & mattress in good condition. But, otherwise the room & bathroom were in bad need of a major makeover. We personally found the jacuzzi tub in the middle of the room odd, if not outright tacky. In addition the oddity of checking in down the street at the lovely Bellhurst Castle, and then letting yourselves into an unmanned large old home, with visibly dirty hallway carpets, really felt like the orphan building in a portfolio of properties. Clearly management is stretched and hasn’t given this orphan property the attention to detail, upkeep or thoughtful hospitality you receive at the Bellhurst. To boot, you have to drive down to the Bellhurst to return your keys and settle your bill in the morning. That is not guest service when I have to drive to you so that you can check me out of your establishment. Some may find it quaint, we found it lacking. And, the room was NOT cheap. (Update, just after midnight) there is a bat flying around the hallways. OMG. Time for management to rethink their approach to this property & give it the attention it requires & your guests deserve. Will not stay again. Do not recommend.
Aug 20, 2023 · jean houlihanThis manor is part of the Belhurst Castle holdings. It is about 2 miles from the Castle. The grounds invite the guest to slow down and walk barefoot while looking over the vinyards surrounding the grounds of the manor. The trees invite you to grab a blanket and have a picnic under various large limbs. After lunch read a large novel or take a nap. There is a secluded gazebo in the middle of a pond. The damsel flies flit about with a cocofony of frogs singing. The water surpundind the gazebo is clear. At the time we were there tadpols could be seen clearly. The bench in the gazebo needs to be painted and the weeds between the paving stones making up the floor need to be removed. There are six suites with common ereas for reading or playing games. Books and games included! Faded pictures adorn the halls giving glimpses of the manor's past glory. If you are looking for a bit more seclusion and privacy while in Geneva, this is the ticket!
