Beautiful landscaping around the buildings. There is also a walking path around the perimeter. Part of it goes through a wooded area, and part goes in a more open, grassy area with beautiful trees. The food is absolutely amazing! I look forward to the meals every time I go! There is a wide variety of high-quality food. It seems that the guest rooms are heated and cooled by an outdated system. When it is set to heat mode but there is a warm spring day, the individual guest is unable to switch it to cool mode. However, windows can be opened and you can request a fan from the staff. In my opinion, the heavenly food makes up for the imperfect heating/cooling system. The staff are friendly and polite.

Apr 08, 2025 · Anna KramerI'm trying to sleep in an 80 degree room. The AC does not work and there's nothing the hotel can do about it. The whole building is fed by one unit that does not work. Therefore, switching my room is not an option. They offered a fan and to open my window. Please, do not book with this hotel if you value your sleep. Do not spend your money in a hotel with no AC. I mean think about it; NO AC. This is the worst hotel I've ever stay by far. Third rate. The best they can do is give me a fan and open my window. Well, the best I can do is to warn others about this hotel's major issue and give them a well deserved 1 star review. No AC, people!
Apr 22, 2025 · OHello Hunny Bees!! 🌻🐝 👑 💛💕It's your girl Hunny back with a review of another local business. This estate is Gorgeous 😍. So y'all know I am a business owner. I was invited to a conference for the Veterans Institute for Procurement VIP START!! All expense paid for 4 days of all 3 meals per day, room accomodations and breathtaking landscaping. Upon arrival the hotel staff was warm, polite and accommodating. The rooms are so clean, the cafeteria is amazing fine dining 🍽️, the chefs and staff are top notch!!! The food was so good yum 😋. The conference room was the perfect temperature 🌡️ and they give you free snacks all day until 4pm. That reminds me you can't take food out of the cafeteria so if your a night eater like me stock up on snacks 🤭. I am praying for the day o can afford to hold my first haircare summit at this location. I didn't even know places like this existed!!! Anyway check them out! Tell them Hunny sent you.
May 29, 2025 · Hunny Be!Stunning campus! Love that they give away their coffee grounds so you can take them home and use them on your potted plants or garden. Some reviews complain about the room size but I had a regular room in the Osgood building and it was spacious. The buildings have an older HVAC system so they can only have heat or AC. It was chilly at night but in the upper 70s in the day when I was there. It never got above 72 in my room with the windows open then cooled off nicely as the sun set. I wasn't ever uncomfortable. They should probably lean towards turning on the AC sooner than later since there are hot oil space heaters in each room. Or maybe they were trying to force me to get naked to cool off. Total sigma rizz move! The food was amazing! Each day they had great entrees, a salad bar, a burger and sandwich station, and a rotating ethnic food station. Try their onion rings! Desserts were so good! The drink station has it all too, even nitro coffee. I'm not a coffee drinker but those that were treated that nitro brew stuff like coffee flavored crack. Another plus of staying here is the bath tissue aka toilet paper. If you have a wood boat with 29 layers of old paint that you need to sand off take a couple squares of their toilet paper. It is rough enough to sand that boat down to bare wood! My ass is still bleeding after using it! I would post a picture but Google probably wouldn't allow it.
May 03, 2025 · Mike JTwo pipe system for heating and cooling isn't the most adequate. Warm rooms in the spring. Service, food and front desk staff to include facilities are top notch!
