Attendant was rude. There was a thin blanket on the bed with sheet but no duvet on the bed. The tv remote was busted up. Plugs were covered and found out because they didn't work. They promote continental breakfast but no breakfast put out. When asked about it Attendant (different one) bit my head off about. Was given one room key even though 2 people checked in when asking for a 2nd key was told it'd be $2 for an extra key. When asked about extra towels was told it would be an extra $10. When asked about an extra blanket cause of how thin the blanket was told it would be an additional $20 so just went out and bought extra bedding and towels. Already paid $87 for the room not gonna keep dishing out more money for the absolute bare minimum when everything that I asked about is the standard in any other hotel room that I've ever stayed in before

Budgetel Fort Gordon aims to provide essential services for a convenient and practical stay. Based on available information, common offerings include:
Important Note on Service Discrepancies: It's crucial for prospective guests to note the recent customer review which indicates significant issues with the consistency and availability of some promoted services, such as the continental breakfast, provision of extra towels or blankets, and the functionality of in-room items like TV remotes and plugs. While the hotel aims to offer these services, direct verification upon arrival or inquiry before booking is highly recommended based on past guest experiences. Some services, like extra towels or blankets, may incur additional charges.
Important Note on Featured Quality: It's vital to acknowledge that while the hotel theoretically features certain amenities (like specific bedding, functional remotes, and accessible power outlets), recent customer feedback suggests that the quality and availability of these features upon arrival may be inconsistent. For instance, concerns about thin blankets, busted remotes, non-working plugs, and extra charges for standard items like towels or blankets have been raised. Guests should manage expectations accordingly and be prepared to address any issues with the front desk.
Based on the provided information, Budgetel Fort Gordon appears to focus its "offers" more on flexible and affordable rate structures rather than traditional promotional packages.
It is important to note that the provided customer review does not mention any specific short-term promotional discounts (e.g., seasonal sales, loyalty program discounts). Given the nature of a budget-friendly hotel and the specific feedback, their primary "offer" is likely the affordability and flexibility of their long-term stay options.

For Georgians, particularly those in or near the Augusta area, Budgetel Fort Gordon primarily serves as a practical and budget-conscious accommodation option. While recent customer feedback highlights inconsistencies in service quality, its fundamental suitability for locals hinges on specific needs and expectations.
The most significant factor for its suitability is its strategic location. Being directly on Gordon Highway and "close to Fort Gordon" makes it exceptionally convenient for military families visiting loved ones, contractors, or anyone with business at the base. Its "easy access to Interstate 520 and Interstate 20" also simplifies travel from across Georgia, allowing for straightforward arrival and departure. This accessibility to a major military installation and key road networks is a clear advantage for the local community.
Furthermore, the hotel's focus on weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly rates is a huge benefit for locals needing extended accommodation. Whether it's for temporary work, transitioning between homes, or long-term family visits, the ability to secure a room at a more economical long-term rate is a critical practical consideration that many larger, pricier hotels may not offer. The inclusion of in-room microwaves and refrigerators also caters to longer stays, allowing guests to manage their own meals and save on dining out.
For those prioritizing affordability over luxury, and needing a straightforward place to sleep, Budgetel Fort Gordon can fit the bill. While it's important for locals to go in with managed expectations and confirm specific amenity availability, its core offering of a convenient location, accessible pricing, and options for extended stays makes it a viable choice for specific segments of the Georgian community seeking a no-frills, practical base in Augusta.

Sep 18, 2020 · Jenifer Nicole GilmoreHousekeeping wasn't something that I have seen and I did manage to see where there was a broom and dust pan outside my room and so I figured that they were just telling me that they wanted my room clean so I grabbed the broom and swept away just as if I was back home as a child doing my chores. I was thinking that just maybe if I cleaned my room that I may get some clean towels. Well I was wrong no clean towels and so I noticed furniture polish and thought well maybe I just didn't complete the job... Yeap a polishing I went to no avail no towels well maybe Tomorrow!
