This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. First off, unless you have it exact in your GPS, you'll never find the entrance because it's behind 2 other hotels. There is no lobby to the hotel, but rather a service window between two doors, it almost feels as if you are entering a government property. Nobody is at the front desk unless you pickup a phone and call. The room was bare bones. No doors on the cabinets, old appliances, and the bed was on an Amazon bed frame that was at risk of collapsing if you laid on the bed wrong. The shower had barely any pressure. Just overall an awful experience. Also, this area is very high traffic for drug and escort activity. Be careful coming here.

If you find yourself needing temporary housing in Augusta – whether for work, family matters, military obligations, or simply a prolonged visit – this hotel is designed with your specific requirements in mind.
The primary appeal for Georgians lies in the hotel's specialized focus on extended stays. The full in-room kitchens are a game-changer, providing the ability to prepare your own meals. This not only offers significant cost savings over dining out for weeks or months but also allows for healthier eating habits and the comfort of home-cooked food. Dec 25, 2024 · JayShell SnyderHello, My Name Is Joanna H. This is my first time staying on this property WoodSpring Hotel, I moved my family here for a few weeks until our builder finishes up our new home. I checked in my room 316 on 06/01/24. When I checked in around 9:45 the Clark working informed me only one rule about smoking on the premises when checking in, nothing else! I was fine with that because I don’t smoke, and she gave me my keys. I went My room, and it was dirty, I went downstairs and told front desk, she gave me some cleaning supplies and I cleaned my room, and cleaned accordingly, she proceeded to tell me “The Manager Didn’t Check Your Room After House Keeping” I kindly laughed it off and walked away. I didn’t make a fuss nor got upset because mistakes happened. Fast forward my refrigerator went out on day two and spoiled my food and I went downstairs. I explained that to management I didn’t get upset, I didn’t make a fuss about it, and they changed my refrigerator twice. I didn’t ask for a discount nor for a replacement for my food. I just thanked them and walked away. Today my children and I went downtown Augusta for the festivities, and when we came back around 10:20pm, I noticed the laundry room door was open. I went upstairs, got my dirty towels and came downstairs and requested an exchange. The Clark had one hand on the wall and one hand on her hip and said, “No We’re Close “I said “oh I didn’t know you we’re close I saw the door open; I don’t have any clean towels my children and I just left from downtown we’re hot and sweaty, can you please exchange them for me this time”?! She replied “NO WE'RE CLOSED” I replied “ You Tell Me I Can’t Get No Towels To Bathe “ she than walk over to the towels as she was walking she said “Y’all Getting On My Damn Nerves” my face was in disbelief, the towels was behind the door almost closing the door in my face toss me the towels and closed the door and I said I Will Be Calling Corporate She heard me open the door back up and said “Girl Please” I went back to the laundry room door and knocked on the door and she’s didn’t open. I came up to my room, took a shower and tried to figure out the corporate number. My phone in my room doesn’t work, I went downstairs to take the trash out, and used the phone on the wall because I wanted to speak with a customer service representative. I heard the front desk ringing as I hung up. I walked back through the door and saw the staff and told her “YOU ARE DISRESPECTFUL” She became loud and disoriented, I Explained to Her the Amount of Rudeness and Disrespect She has given. She was clapping her hands and pointing her finger at me. I advised her several times to stop and calm down before we became physical! She told me that I had to leave, and she was calling the police on me. I stayed until the police and mgr came. We spoke about the issue to the manager, and she was 100% on the clerk’s side and didn’t care what I had to say and how the clerk disrespected me. She decided to have me removed from the property. The police, who were understanding and on my side 100% knew Clark was in the wrong. ( Part 2 Please Continue To Read Room Section)
