Two night stay. Check in was a breeze, unfortunately, our card received multiple incidentals holds; these will undoubtedly fall off after check out, but it just left everything in a bind as it was a few hundred bucks unexpectedly held up. Location is not far from food, etc. Parking was not an issue. Pros: Front desk staff is great. Everyone we encountered during our stay was genuinely polite. The room was clean and there were enough towels for two adults and a teen. The AC was cold and the unit didn't rattle. Elevators were clean and working, common areas are clean; it is not a loud location when it comes to foot traffic. No complaints on breakfast. Room had a fridge and a microwave; neither were plugged in, so we moved the TV cabinet and plugged them in. Cons: The pool wasn't open. It was locked and we were advised it wasnt open because it hadn't been inspected; this is something that would've been nice to know as it would've impacted our decision making on where to stay; this could be something updated in the app perhaps. This is my first world problem- the fan on the AC doesn't stay on. It times out after a while, even when the AC is down as low as it can go, and when there's no white noise you can hear all of the traffic outside. Overall, would stay here again, for sure.

Jun 08, 2025 · Kelly SullivanEverything!! The staff was the best and most welcoming group of individuals I have ever encountered at any hotel I’ve ever gone to. Most helpful and accommodating. The young lady, Charley I believe is her name, at the front desk was so sweet and friendly and made our stay very memorable. Breakfast was amazing also
Jun 01, 2025 · Erica InscoreFirst of all , sub standard cleanliness for a Hampton. I was here for a week and the room was cleaned 3 times, they did not clean toliet, see photo and I was greeted by a cockroach this morning in the bathroom, he scattered so I couldn't take a photo of him, but where there's one, there's more. Plus one night without hot water. I would complain to management, but what good would it do.
Jan 24, 2025 · North ManWent here and stayed for 2 days for business. Just happened to be the week of the Master's Tournament so they were busy. The staff was pleasant but very preoccupied with the many visitors and also golf teams and other personnel staying for the tournament. Due to the timing, the place could have been cleaner but I understand with the large influx of visitors. The breakfast was adequate (not great) for a continental-type spread but they close too early and they should probably rotate their stock out in the serving area better. Some of the bread products were dry. Again, the staff was nice and professional but easily distracted. It's a good place to stay for the price. Location and parking were great!
