Great all around experience for a NYC hotel! Rooms were larger and more spacious than is typical for your average NYC hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in was very easy and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms can be pricey during peak season, but worth it for the extra space and attentive staff versus another hotel. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The room was cozy and I loved that my bed faced the balcony so I woke up to a city view every day. The only thing was heater vent was a little noisy when it kicked on and I'm a light sleeper. It wasn't noisy enough where it was worth complaining about. Highly recommend and would definitely comeback

I stayed here with a friend in the middle of February and for the first two days our heater was broken. When you first tried to get it fixed, we were told that the room was just too big and the heater system wasn’t going to travel throughout the road. In that case, why so large rooms in the middle of one of the coldest month in New York? Beyond that, the room is very very old. It does not feel super clean or modern. The towel handle broke in our time, the toilet struggled to flush at times, and there were visible marks on the ceiling and on the floor that let us know that this was a very old space. I did not feel comfortable at all, as I am used to very modern and clean rooms. Now this piece, we were aware of, but it is very frustrating to have the room only cleaned every other day or so, so if you’re used to staying in a regular hotel or cleaning happens every day, I would not recommend this at all. Beyond that, on the days that Room service was supposed to come, it would usually take them a very long time and whoever showed up at our room would usually an attitude. On top of that, I will not recommend staying in the financial district as there is really not much to do or eat in this area compared to the rest of New York.

The hotel has incredible views, it is super clean, the staff is very friendly and they have free filtered water, infusions and coffee. When we arrived I didn't know that you have to leave a deposit of $100 and when we left they told us that it would be refunded to the account we paid with, it gave us some insecurity although in just a couple of days we already received it. Without a doubt a highly recommended experience!
Feb 07, 2025 · Marcos Martin MuñozGreat location! Right next to 9/11 Memorial. Everything in walking distance. Rooms are small but comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. All day coffee/tea lounge in the lobby very convenient. Nice rooftop restaurant/bar with a great view.
