I loved the comfy seating by the window—it was the perfect spot to relax. The desk was amazing for doing my makeup, and the bathroom lighting was on point (every detail matters!). The hotel’s location was super convenient, with a Citibike dock right out front and vending machines by the elevators, which came in handy. We didn’t use the bikes since it was chilly, but it’s a great option for warmer weather. Housekeeping was also fantastic—they kept everything spotless and fresh. My friend and I had booked a stay in New York, but unfortunately, the night before our trip, my friend’s father suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital. As a result, we had to cancel our plans, which was a very difficult and unexpected situation. We promptly contacted the hotel to request a refund and were advised that a formal request would be processed. Since then, despite repeated attempts to follow up via phone and email, we have not received any response. The manager we spoke with initially assured us that we had a good chance of receiving a refund, but we have not heard back from anyone, and it feels like our concerns are being completely ignored. This situation is deeply upsetting, especially given the circumstances, and I am asking for immediate clarification and resolution. It is disappointing to see that, in a time of personal crisis, your hotel has not demonstrated any understanding or compassion. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly and fairly. I expected better customer service and communication from a business of your reputation. *I do not recommend booking at this hotel as their customer service is horrible*

Was great after a long day out in the city to come back downtown to a spacious room and relax. Staff were great and room was clean and comfortable. This place made our Christmas in New York a magical time!!
