We had a king suite with a sleeper sofa to accommodate my son, husband, and me. It was a spacious room for NYC, and we were very comfortable. I have stayed at another hotel in Times Square, and prefer this one as it is much quieter. It was conveniently located close to WTC and subway, so we could explore the rest of the city. Staff was helpful and courteous. Free breakfast was wonderful. We enjoyed the $25 room credit at the bar; Olgar and Jorge were great bartenders!

Mar 22, 2025 · Tiffani FrostOur first time in New York City. The room was very clean and updated. The service was wonderful, they answered every question we threw their way with patience and courtesy. The location was amazing as well, we were close to two subway lines, one of them being a large major one. Loved being near the 9/11 memorial/museum, WTC. There are several parking garages nearby that you can easily get to. We thought a 10 minute walk was very short especially in New York standards. Whenever we come back to NYC, we plan on using this hotel. It also felt like a very safe location compared to other parts of the city.
Mar 26, 2025 · Kevin SeltzerMy wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We haven't stayed at many Marriott properties, but this one was a great fit for us on our trip. While the room felt very small, it had everything we needed in it - the shower was nice, there was a full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, large tv etc, including the king bed. One of the light fixtures had no bulbs, and when one of the lamps burned out, we asked to get them both fixed. The next time we came to our room, it was done and they all worked fine! The staff was exceptional! I needed to print something off, and one of the front desk employees had me email it to him and he printed it for us right there on the spot! We also dropped our bags off since we arrived before check in time, and just came by and grabbed them once our room was ready. Excellent service! The location was great - right by a major subway station, and the PATH station, as well as the World Trade Center Memorial. We found that we ate and got coffee within walking distance of the hotel almost our entire trip! So many good options close by. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the employees working it all had a great attitude. The hotel itself felt totally safe, and was really clean. We felt like we picked a winner by staying here.
Jan 06, 2025 · John LandeckThe staff was fantastic. Super helpful and accommodating in every interaction. And the location is perfect, in that it's literally across the street from my employer's offices. However, I'll probably not stay there again. They do a thing that seems to be increasingly popular, where they sell you a room with a "king-sized" bed, but the bed is actually something called a "hotel king," which is sort of halfway in between a queen and king, and which appears to have been invented to allow hotels to lie to their customers about having king-sized beds. Also, their linens are a poly-cotton blend.
Dec 24, 2024 · Ryan McCarthyGreat hotel, just steps away from multiple subway lines. You are a 3 min walk to the World Trade Center and a 15 subway ride to Central Park. Easy parking a block away if needed Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Breakfast included - eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, cereal/oatmeal, bagels & toast. Nice specialty coffee machine, juice & milk available. Plenty of restaurants within 1 block away Relatively quiet area no noise in the room from the street. Would come back again
