One Dutch Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at One Dutch Hotel, the hotel is in a great location, in the heart of the financial district. Easy access to Fulton Street Station, and then the city is your oyster. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. The service was second to none! Big shout out to Front Desk Team, they are very polite and very helpful for everything. Everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, generous and helpful. A lobby area was cozy and nicely decorated and very welcoming! I wholeheartedly recommend One Dutch Hotel to everyone! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the city!

My stay at One Dutch was truly special! I had the chance to soak in all the charm of NYC, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location—everything was just a hop away! Using public transportation was a breeze since it’s conveniently close to all the lines. The service was amazing; the concierge was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful time. If you’re considering a long stay, I wholeheartedly recommend One Dutch! The rooms are spacious and come with every amenity you could possibly need—from a full kitchen and living area to laundry facilities. I left feeling so happy and satisfied with my experience!

I recently stayed at One Dutch Hotel while visiting a friend, and it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore, making it so convenient to get around the city. The service was fantastic, with the staff being friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a kitchen and a mini living room that made it feel like a cozy home away from home. Nice, spacious rooms. Unfortunately the windows of this property are faulty and outdated. The windows don't block noise or air from coming in! There are overnight road work and other constructions near by. We had to listen to jackhammers and excavators all night and during the day. The windows need to be fixed! The AC was very loud and the Radiators made popping sounds but we couldn't turn them off because the room would get too cold from leaky windows. I go to New York all the time and I don't recommended this hotel and will not stay again. You won't be able to sleep at night or during the day!

We had an amazing stay at One Dutch Hotel! Our room was beautiful—modern, spacious, and well designed - making us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect—quiet and charming, yet still close to key spots like the World Trade Center, Battery Park, and Joe's Pizza (: I loved being in a more relaxed area of the city while still being just a short ride away from all the action. I highly recommend One Dutch Hotel for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay in NYC. Can’t wait to return!
