This is my second time staying at this hotel while visiting NYC and I think this will definitely be where I will stay each time I come back! Check in was super easy and quick! Staff at the hotel were extremely nice and accommodating - front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant. My assistant called ahead of time to let them know we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary and they decorated the room with a sweet touch! Thank you Mr. Ron, Ms. Wright and everyone who made our stay perfect! Also, the location was perfect for the places we visited. Didn’t have to travel too far and there’s several subways in the area!

Jan 19, 2025 · Miss WrightSmall, affordable rooms, but adequate for NYC. Good customer service. Nice location. "Continental breakfast" was a couple of drip coffee machines. Don't eat or drink in the attached restaurant and bar. $36 for 2 drinks. Way overpriced. Overall good experience.

The value for money is absolutely justified. The rooms are clean and exactly as described when booking. The daily room service keeps everything neat and inviting. A special shout-out to Minaya from the service team. A booking change was handled quickly and without any hassle – truly outstanding service! In conclusion: A flawless experience. Unfortunately, I can only give five stars, but I’ll definitely be back!

I'm not fussed on the extra frills that come with a 5-star hotel, I prefer a cheaper price point. Four Points was spot on for us. It's a good location, reasonably quiet, but amenities within walking distance. Easy access to Fulton Street Station, and then the city is your oyster. The staff were helpful when we had questions. The cleaner left funny little notes for us. All in all, we were very happy and would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing four-day stay at this hotel, which is located in the heart of the financial district and surrounded by other high-rises. The customer service was excellent, with staff available around the clock. The room was cleaned daily.
