This hotel was fabulous and I will definitely stay again. For under $325/night in NYC I don't think you can get any better! The room was very clean, modern and more spacious than most NYC hotel rooms. We had a corner room, with a balcony view, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was must larger than anticipated and the waterfall shower was a great touch. The hotel staff was pleasant and assisted us immediately when we needed extra towels. Excellent value, excellent service, excellent location, spot on cleanliness and larger than anticipated hotel room and bathroom size for an NYC hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Jan 14, 2025 · Jenny UnalanI was not happy with my room, it was very small and nothing special, for almost, $800 for 2 nights,I expected a nicer room. I have stayed at much nicer Marriot Hotels for less money. I would like some money back, my room was never cleaned and no clean towels were replenished. The lobby is beautiful and so is the fitness Center.

They cleaned up even though we spent 2 nights; i had a good view of the pier, walls street; close to the world trade center; easy to get food; Parking is expensive but you can park on the street for free after 10pm - 6am on some sides of the street. Just pay attention but they will show you a location they use that cost $45-60 , I was told. It's only $9 to take the East ferry from the pier only 7 minutes walk from this hotel. I love the water front view...
Feb 22, 2025 · Kofi DThe rooms were small. I know that NY has small rooms but these rooms with the king sized beds are very small. Only 4 small drawers to u pack and a very small closet. We had an accessible room so our bathroom and room was actually bigger than most. There was also some construction nearby and this hotel is near the seaport. You can hear a lot of traffic and sometime boats. We did have a great view of though. The location is nice close to the seaport and the business district. Not too far to walk to the 911 memorial or cathedral. One thing that we did experience was an extremely dirty duvet insert. It was extremely soiled, blood and who knows what else. Notified the front desk to have housekeeping change it but they did not. We then pulled it off our bed and balled it up by the door. After our second request they provided a clean duvet insert. The rooms were comfortable even though they were small. Bed was comfy.
