The Wall Street Hotel

During my recent business trip here, I can confidently say that the staff exceeded all expectations with their exceptional service. Bianca and Annie at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, making check-in effortless. Akim, Nik, and Eddie went above and beyond, even assisting me with my luggage while I was organizing it. Their willingness to help significantly enhanced my experience during the stay. The hotel is a true treasure, featuring an ideal mix of elegance and coziness. The rooms are not only elegantly furnished, but they also include all the amenities you could ever require. The design is evidently meticulous, with noticeable attention to detail that evokes a sense of home and luxury. It's clear that guest satisfaction is a priority for the hotel, as every aspect of my visit was taken into account. Moreover, the area is ideal for both business and leisure visitors. Situated in a less populated area of the city, it serves as a peaceful haven that remains conveniently close to public transport and nearby attractions, making it an excellent balance of serenity and accessibility that is hard to surpass for any visitor to the area. Overall, my experience at this hotel was truly remarkable. The combination of welcoming service, upscale lodging, and an excellent location created a memorable experience that will linger in your mind. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a top-notch experience in the city.

My favorite hotel in New York. The rooms are small, but well appointed with a sitting area and plenty of closet space. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I believe it was a true king, not the "hotel king" that some properties use. I lived in the financial district during college and loved it, so the location is very nostalgic for me, which added to the charm of the experience. The staff were so nice and helpful, and the bar was comfortable with good drinks. Even the hallways were beautiful. Looking forward to returning!

this hotel truly deserves one! The rooms are spacious, bright, and beautifully renovated with a modern, luxurious design. Every detail feels well thought out, from the stylish interior to the high-end toiletries—just imagine, even the hand gel costs $80 per jar! The price for such comfort and quality is absolutely amazing. It’s rare to find a place where everything comes together so perfectly. Highly recommend!

Although we stayed for only one night, we really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again. We arrived at 9am and they were able to accommodate us for an early check in. Nick and Clinton were especially attentive and helped us bring our numerous bags to/from our room. Clinton even helped carry some of our extra luggage down the street to FedEx to be shipped out, which was so kind of him. Lastly, the folks at the hotel were nice enough to gift me a cake for my birthday. We cannot recommend the Wall Street Hotel enough. Look forward to returning!

Great high quality hotel but without the feel of a large hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. As we were there to celebrate, we got greeted with a lovely chocolate cake in our room and a note from the staff. The bar in the hotel is also very nice with a great vibe, good quality cocktails and friendly bartenders. The rooms were quiet and clean. Shower was amazing with great pressure and lots of room. Would definitely stay there again
