Overall, we loved our stay at Hotel Indigo- Wall Street. The staff was welcoming, and the hotel was in a great location - just a short walk away from the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 Memorial, Brooklyn Bridge, NYC Stock Exchange, and much more! The area felt safe, though it does quiet down around 6pm, since it is primarily a business district, this did make for a peaceful and restful sleep. The room was very spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. My only concern was that the room showed some wear and tear. The sheets had small holes, and the towels were a bit worn, but this didn’t take away from our overall experience - just something I noticed. If you are looking for a well located, quiet hotel in the Wall Street area, definitely check this place out!

Mar 19, 2025 · Shauna HThe financial district was a great place to stay for a trip to manhattan. Easy subway access anywhere you’d like to go but away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Surprisingly residential area (at least to me) the hotel staff here were very friendly anytime we needed anything. Even helped one of our party with switching a room after a miscommunication with the booking on our end. Make sure you ask them to book you an airport shuttle on your way home as well. The rooms were definitely on the small side, but it’s Manhattan. The queen room was big enough for a couple to share for a long weekend. Very good location not far from subway and plenty of dining and drink options. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again
Mar 20, 2025 · hunter hames- The design of the hotel was nice. The lighting in the room set the vibe of our chill time. Great hot water, lighting on the mirror in the bathroom was 10/10. Kisses to the chef! Dinner was excellent with the fresh bourbon salmon and perfectly grilled shrimp. The location was very convenient. Walking to Chinatown, Brooklyn Bridge and not being far from Time Square and staying around the corner from the Continental (John Wick) - I do not know if it's the room I was in or if it's the building with wiring problems because our phones charged extremely slowly for the duration of our stay. We both have iPhones and they provided us with a charger that still did little work. Couldn't move the TV to plug in the HDMI cord, so he couldn't play his PS5 during our downtime. The wifi worked poorly with the airplay with it not connecting to my iPad, so we couldn't use our streaming services. Just watch what the hotel provided us: Live TV. The people they partnered with for the parking garage weren't helpful having us waiting in our car for 15 minutes. My man had to get out to ask for service. The entrance of the garage is also the exit, so it's easy for an accident to happen. We parked in the garage three buildings down from the hotel which was more helpful than theirs which the walk from their garage is 5mins. The elevator was extremely slow. It took forever going up, down, and getting on. At one point it was 5 of us (including the manager) standing there waiting for either one of the elevators to come down. Where my window was positioned there was no sunlight and the light in the room was dim enough for that space where the light was at. The lights weren't bright enough for the entire room.
Mar 23, 2025 · Precious CookAmazing hotel, such lovely staff. Rooms are super clean. Pillows are super comfy. Rooftop bar is an added bonus. Gym is nice and located in the basement. Close to a general store and subways. Only downside for us was that the room was slightly small for a room of 3 adults and the lifts sometimes took forever to come (no stairs down the floor level) Would 100% recommend.
Dec 06, 2024 · Orange Sky VintageThis was my first time in NYC and loved the hotel. The rooms were a little small I was solo so it wasn’t bad but definitely wouldn’t like if I was there with other people. You can’t change the thermostat lower than 67 degrees and even then you couldn’t cool down the room. Not my favorite. The staff was nice for the most part but the woman who was working Saturday night was a little bit stand-off ish and rude. I loved how the staff cleaned the entire room before I came back. Overall it’s a good location and I would stay here again when I come back to NYC
