Mar 18, 2025 · Hüseyn HüseynovRoom was a bit outdated and needed sprucing up, staff was pleasant and welcoming , room was quite large , clean and bed was comfortable. Very good location there’s a subway centre approx 10 min walk away , you can also walk to the financial district in approx 5 mins , 9/11 memorial in about 15 mins
Mar 23, 2025 · cjThe room was extremely disappointing... the floor in our unit had what was once hardwood floors, but now is bubbled up and broken flooring.. Furniture is black in color- but where the previous guest sat things on it leaving water rings or damage to it, a sharpie was the repair tool they used to hide it... Every night, we had the privilege of listening to other guests come and go as there is at least an inch gap between the unit front door and the flooring. This hotel is old- dated, and sadly, what they charge per night is not even worth a fraction of it.. We did tuff it out- but don't make the same mistake. While the location is not terrible by any means, get a spot at a national chain and save the headaches.

Mar 08, 2025 · Medet SuleimenHorrible! My friends and I came all the way from Michigan for a university course and we reserved a room here. I called to confirm I had the reservation for said dates, and they confirmed my reservation. I later called a week prior to my arrival to double check (I had a bad feeling on the hotel) and they said it was all set. It's check in day and they claimed that they couldn't find my reservation even after I showed them the email confirmation. They said "that's not a valid confirmation from us", luckily I had emailed them prior to have it on writing in case anything happened and the front desk ignored it. We had to find a new hotel that same day and the other hotel staff said that Eurostars always overbooks their rooms and cancel people's reservations. Never going back ever again!
