My boyfriend and I had a GREAT experience at this hotel! All of the front desk employees were so kind and welcoming. We got a complimentary upgrade on our room which was a nice surprise. Our room was clean and very cozy and comfortable. It was snowing during our stay, and the front desk offered us an umbrella which was very nice! The restaurant connected to the hotel had a delicious breakfast and lunch/dinner. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Enjoyable stay at Gild Hall! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Gild Hall, a Thompson Hotel, in NYC. Had a great experience here. Fantastic location, a 10 minute walk from the World Trade Center. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Room was the biggest I have been in in NYC. Arrived past midnight and the person at the front desk was very welcoming. We also enjoyed the nightly glasses of prosecco. We will definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend in NYC and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff, which included the hotel doggo concierge named Maya! The rooms and overall hotel decor are cozy yet sophisticated. Our room was spotless and large by NYC standards. The staff was courteous and communicative. They kindly let us know we had umbrellas in our closet to take with us given the rainy weather. We will definitely be booking here again for our next trip to NYC soon!

Had an amazing stay here recently! I’ve been to NYC a few times but this was by far my favourite hotel. Big fan of the large quiet rooms. A big thank you to Elizabeth for making our visit wonderful from the start! Also, the everyday happy hour is such a perk. Great location and everything is walkable.
