We had an amazing stay at Moxy Downtown New York! The hotel itself is super stylish and in a perfect location — really easy to get around the city. But what really made the difference was the incredible service from Isaac at the front desk (I hope that’s his name because he truly deserves the credit). He was so kind and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The vibe of the hotel is great, the facilities are modern and clean, and overall it just felt like the perfect place to stay. Honestly, 10/10 — we’ll definitely be back!

They charge a fee (similar to a resort fee, but I don't think they called it that) that could be used as credit in the bar/restaurant. This was handy for breakfasts before we headed out for a busy day. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would definitely stay again.

I was there celebrating my birthday so they made accommodations providing a room upgrade with a city view and a few free drinks. When checking in staff were friendly and attentive. They’re pretty good with luggage hold too so feel free to arrive early and hold until check in. If there’s availability the morning of your check out you can extend the time from 11am to 12pm. Breakfast - you order from the table vs buffet style which is nice. Had the breakfast sandwhich which was okay, good for the price. All in all decent stay.

Rooms are clean a little smaller but it's New York you don't go there to stay in the room. Also found it interesting in a good way that they had a basketball court. It was a great stay!

As a Marriott Rewards member the staff ensured I was able to utilize all the perks of my membership during my stay. You will not be disappointed at all choosing this location for your travel. I will be sure to come back with my teenagers. They have a great restaurant within the Hotel that has fun games for connection with family or friends.
