Aloft Manhattan Downtown - Financial District

Staying on Wall Street for a convention and was able to catch a last minute deal and went from splitting a room with a friend at another hotel, to getting to stay at a Loft Hotel again. If you've read our other reviews, The Loft Hotels are a guilty pleasure of ours and we are really enjoying our new Marriott Bonvoy Rewards Benefits. It's like anything, a gym could make us pay $30.00 for a one day trial, while charging us less for membership. Once you join Marriott Bonvoy, we realized that being on with the "in crowd," meant unbelievable perks, leading to unforgettable memories. Got back super late after an open bar networking session and was able to enjoy Joe's Pizza... Funny, because we weren't expecting much, but ended up having perhaps the best slice of pizza we've had out here in New York. So if you're staying at the Loft, Joe's Pizza is a must, even if its an after dinner at Nobu kind of deal. Also, they keep its consistent with their XYZ lounge, at least someone could clearly display the alphabet at the end of then night... Bartender had a heavy hand, gave us the VIP Treatment because of the Marriott Bonvoy Rewards... Definitely a must, even as a one time thing... Yo, THEY EVEN HAVE PAC MAN. Let's Go! Also, they have everything you need at your store and a nice little grab & go set-up, with organic veggie/fruit infused water on deck. Definitely a must. God Bless

I recently stayed at Alof Hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and overall experience. Ash and Jeremy truly made my stay memorable. Ash greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, ensuring my check-in was quick and smooth. Jeremy was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Their professionalism, along with their personal touch, made the stay at Alof Hotel feel exceptional. I highly recommend Alof Hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, thanks to Ash and Jeremy’s outstanding hospitality!

After a disappointing stay at a different hotel the night before, I decided to give Aloft a try for the remainder of my time in New York, and it was hands down the best decision I made. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. Valiesha, at the front desk, truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Not only did she make sure I had everything I needed, but she also made my birthday weekend even more special by adding thoughtful touches that made me feel celebrated. The entire team at Aloft really made me feel at home, and I can't thank them enough for turning my trip around. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers great service, comfort, and a little extra care, Aloft is the place to stay. I will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service! And the bartender Nicole is the best. So attentive and kind. She’s the sweetest ever. Was able to work at the bar throughout the day and Everyone here is great. Definitely coming back the next time I have a trip. The rooms are super clean and well taken care of.

Cozy downtown hotel with all the essentials. Rooms are a little tight, not unexpected for NYC. Has a small desk if you need to work. Bed was comfortable and AC works well. The lobby has a small bar and indoor/outdoor lounge area. There is free coffee and water in the lobby, some pay for breakfast items. Small gym in the basement. Service was friendly and helpful. Location was decent, plenty of stuff in walking distance. Would stay here again.
