This hotel is amazing !! I arrived from Switerland super tired . The free shuttle was waiting for me and when i arrived at the hotel the staff was so kind and friendly ! They accommodated my every need with smiles and kindness. The room was spacious and the bed so comfy ! All the staff from front desk, breakfast to the cleaners work with great seriousness and smiles . An over all fantastic experience to start my New york trip !! Thank you to all š«¶š¾

Mar 14, 2025 Ā· Craig MooreKnowing that my flight is gonna arrive at JFK around midnight, I send an email a couple days before through Agoda asking whether their airport shuttle would still operate then (note that I could not find their email on Google). 5 days passed, no reply from the hotel. The airport shuttle was the main reason I booked with them. If they replied then, I was still eligible to apply for a full refund through agoda. After 26 hours of flight time, I finally arrived at JFK. There were no clear instructions on how to get to their airport shuttle, so I have to ask for directions from the kind airport security lady. I took the air train to the federal circle to arrive at the hotel shuttle phone booths which all of the keypads were broken. I could not call the hotel without a US number. So I finally Uber there and was told at the lobby that the shuttle service stopped service at 11pm. I met another traveler at the federal circle who also had no idea the shuttle would stopped service then. I would completely understand if the airport shuttle would stop service then if they actually state the operation time somewhere it would REPLY TO CUSTOMERāS EMAIL. I told the lady who helped me with the check in about how my email was never replied and that all of the phones at the federal circle were broken. Not a single apology received :) I was greeted with a cold attitude and she never addressed any of the issues I mentioned like I was a troubled person. The windshield kept making noise during midnight which woke me up a few times. Breakfast was alright. Definitely donāt recommend this hotel. With a similar price, there must be better hotels that give better communication. Itās fascinating how the hotel replies to review on Google when it could be seen by public but never replied my emailš

Just not a place to stay for more than a few hrs. Elevator malfunctioning several times. Didn't feel safe š So I am trying to get reimbursed for my 3 days. I already paid one night and I agree to pay that night, but I would like to get reimbursed for the next 2 days that I did not stay in the hotel since I checked out the following morning.

The service and attitude of the lady at the check in was very cold and unwelcoming, if you are working at the check in of a hotel thereās normally a basic level of friendliness that is required. The bed was comfortable, however the room would not heat up above 63F. The bathroom was large, however there was no space to place any toiletries. The shower head was attached to the wall with rubber elastic ties, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I paid 180 euros for one night, this should be better. Try one of the neighboring hotels which are slightly more expensive but must be better than this. Also there are no restaurants or shops around the hotel, everything must be done with an Uber. Proximity to the airport is helpful, and the breakfast is decent for an American hotel.
