Booked a room at this hotel for 3 nights but was greatly disappointed in the quality of the hotel. I stayed one night and then went to a better quality hotel. The building is not well kept at all. The swimming pool was not working and looked as if it hadn't been attended to for a long time. The stairs leading up to the second floor were very dirty. The elevator worked the night we arrived but was not working in the morning when we checked out. The rooms had carpet and a bathtub. The carpet did not look clean and I did not want my children anywhere near the floor. The closet door was broken. The tub in the bathroom was stained and the shower head was incredibly cheap. The customer service was horrible with two guys at night. The guy in the morning was very professional but by then it just wasn't anything that could be done to accommodate our stay. The hotel needs a lot of updates. The positives I can say is that the room was clean and the beds were cleaned. The hotel room did not have an odor. Yet, the price was not worth what I paid for the quality of this hotel.

Apr 19, 2025 · TalethaWe have stayed here multiple times, but unfortunately, this visit left us disappointed. It wasn’t until the next morning when we heard loud knocking on our door, demanding that we either check out or pay for additional days, that we discovered we had not been charged for what we had requested. We realized that the clerk had not printed a receipt for us.While I'm unsure of the most professional way to address this situation, the entire experience felt unprofessional and tacky. Maybe a phone call to the room for us to come down prior to BANGING on the door demanding we leave or pay! We would never try to take advantage of anyone, but it seemed as though they thought we were doing just that. This was certainly a reminder to always ask for a receipt and to double-check charges. It’s unfortunate, but a reminder that they will assume less of you. Additionally, the condition of the rooms had significantly deteriorated since our last visit. The carpet was in need of replacement, and the pool water had turned green instead of its usual blue. The rooms in general look like the painting was done by a common person instead of a professional. The walls were patched up but not completely painted. We’re unsure if this is due to new management, but it’s clear that things have changed, and we’ve decided to stay elsewhere moving forward.
Apr 09, 2025 · uno oneHotels okay. Lady at the front not so much. The men at night. Not so much either. The older man usually has an attitude. The other man is never at the front. One man has amazing costumer service, the only one with hair. You’ll know when you see him. Housekeeping is amazing. Some rooms are neglected not by house keeping but by the people who run it. My room had a broken door knob… enough said. They’re due for an elevator inspection… almost two years now I believe. I stayed there for one week, and saw a whole in the wall on the second floor TWICE. One of the windows by the pool area had a busted window and it was left like that until I left. Also glass shards were surrounding that area by the pool, very unsafe. Breakfast is the same everyday but also very minimal. Good area though. Typically quiet, other than some of the front workers yelling at costumers or loudly talking (the lady or man that is with her). Price was higher than the price of The Country Inn. I noticed that AFTER I left. I personally would’ve chose the country inn but this hotel isn’t awfully bad.
Jan 13, 2025 · BeautifulIf you MUST stay here it won’t kill you. It is impossible to find after dark! The beds are clean. The rest of it not so much. The stench of dirty socks was overwhelming in our room. Breakfast was a carafe of regular coffee, no decaf. If you like plain white bread for toast then you’re all set. Costs of everything have skyrocketed and you still get what you pay for.
May 01, 2025 · Jim LetendreThis hotel is like most run by the proprietor they don't keep it up. Cosmetically it's terrible. Bubbled paint. Our room some kid had drew on the walls. Not enough light in the room either. We had 3 towels for a 4 person room so had to go ask for the other. The bathroom sink faucet was loose the entire thing moved. Toilets barely flush. Beds are hard as sleeping on concrete. We booked here for the indoor pool, for our kids. Come to fine out it's not heated! It's freezing. Our kids were so disappointed. The breakfast is constantly running out. Only the desk clerk looks after it most hotels have someone just to cover breakfast. But it looks like he let's things run so people leave and he saves money by not serving breakfast to all guests. Elevator doesn't go to the second floor from the first some kinda short in the wiring. And none of the ice machines work. All in all poorly ran. They don't care about guests just profit. Would not stay here again or recommend it.
