The highlight of this stay was location. While the gentleman at the front desk during check in was personable and helpful, the rest of the staff we interacted with were less than friendly, and completely disinterested in any questions or concerns we had. The “smoke free” room and hallways smelled of smoke. The overall cleanliness of the room was less than desirable, and the bathroom floors were sticky and stained. Thankfully it was just a quick over night stay. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast bar. However, at 8:10am the coffee was cold and full of grounds, and the only foods available were cereal and a few muffins. When I asked at the front desk if the coffee and food would be replenished I was informed “we got nothing left to put out”. I’ve been a Choice Rewards member for many years, and sadly this was the worst interaction I’ve experienced at one of the Choice hotels. I would not personally recommend a stay here.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the type of room we had reserved was unavailable. The front desk associate offered us a suite instead, and we accepted. AS soon as we opened the door, we were hit with a terrible smell of smoke in a non smoking room. The room was in disrepair, with carpet ripped up and the yellow stained air conditioning unit precariously hanging from the wall. The toilet seat was painted, but the worst part came when we pulled back the sheets to discover a nasty mattress and three large BED BUGS/Beatles. We were horrified. The front desk associate showed little concern and informed us that we would need to contact Choice Hotels directly to reclaim our points. As someone who spends more time in hotel rooms for work than at home, and as an elite member of Choice Hotels with hundreds of bookings each year, this experience has made me reconsider where I allocate my company's resources for employee accommodations. It was, without a doubt, unacceptable. We ended up finding another hotel at midnight with a reputable chain that we could trust to provide a clean and safe room. Temperature control worked. TV worked. The hallways were a very pretty blue. The only issue we had was with the Internet, and honestly, we didn't even try very hard to fix it. Hotel staff was nice. There was one gent who didn't talk to us when we were leaving, but I think he was midtask. The lady who did help me was absolutely lovely. And the check in gentleman was very personable and kind.

As an employee of Quality Inn, I am appalled by the deplorable conditions and blatant disregard for basic hygiene and guest comfort displayed by this establishment. Our room was a cesspool of filth. The bed and couch were marred by repulsive, unidentifiable stains, suggesting a complete lack of cleaning protocols. The shower malfunctioned mid-use, leaving us stranded without water for an agonizing five minutes. The tap was broken, further highlighting the hotel's utter neglect of basic maintenance. The AC vent was a breeding ground for bacteria, caked with food particles and disturbing burn marks. The entire hotel reeked of stale cigarette smoke, as if it were a glorified ashtray. We discovered that the smoke alarm in room 404 we stayed had been deliberately disabled with a plastic bag by a previous guest that housekeeping inexplicably failed to address. Furthermore, the absence of a shower curtain, stained couch and beds with burnt marks resulted in a headache for every one of us. The atmosphere was nothing short of a drunken, chaotic nightmare. Inebriated individuals roamed the hallways, engaging in loud arguments and screaming matches. When we requested a room change, citing the intolerable conditions, we were met with blatant lies and refused, despite clear evidence of available rooms. A visibly intoxicated individual, who appeared to be a worker at that property(Male about 6ft), insisted multiple times on entering our room to “fix” the shower curtain at 2am. His insistence, even after I stated I work for Quality Inn and know how to fix it, was both inappropriate and alarming. This hotel is a disgrace to the Choice Hotels brand. It is chaos, and an insult to paying guests. The conditions were so abhorrent that I wonder whether a quality inspection has occurred within the last century. My experience was not merely disappointing, It was a profoundly disgusting and degrading ordeal. I booked the room at the last minute without reading all those reviews and it turned out to be my fault. When I tried to inform about the condition of the room and tried to show the photos and videos at the time of checkout, the front desk lady was so negligent and replied that’s how the rooms will be in this area and said if you want clean rooms you need to go to downtown Atlanta, I was like “WOW SEARIOUSLY” and I left the place thinking there is no use of wasting my time on explaining anything to those people
