Hotel staff refuses to move me even with a busted pipe due to my room being dirty so went and cleaned my room hotel staff refuses to look at my room due to boss telling them not to move me until he sees the room so I have to stay in a unsanitary room or go elsewhere those are my options. So how am I supposed to sleep or be comfortable in my own space?!?!?! Isn't this in line with a lawsuit. Hotel staff are supposed to clean the rooms but barely do. I wish I could post pictures of how I'm supposed to wait with the bathroom light full of waste water. BTW the receptionist was conducting inappropriate behavior asking for a ride home and being all friendly but now is acting complete opposite cause of a little mess in my room. This is hypocritical behavior if you was to ask me. Get back from doing work and the receptionist decided to deactivate my room key. This was keeping me from getting my belongings. Thanks to the late receptionist she activated my card so I could get my things.

HORRIBLEEE SERVICE!!! Stayed here for about 2/3 weeks on and off during a difficult time for me and my family. The girl they have for housekeeping doesn’t clean anything I had to beg everyday for my room to be cleaned it never got that from saying you have to be in the rooms at the time (which I’m gone for work and don’t return until later) come to find out they still don’t clean them if you’re there. She cleaned the room twice the entire time and she make her daughter help and do most the running around when she did clean. The other times I had to yell from the 3rd floor to her about towels and sheets she never replaced after I script the bed.The night staff old lady with short blonde hair mouth and attitude is ridiculous from jump I didn’t like her tone or her rushing people to get back to watching her movies. They only have a few available rooms because more that half the others are messed up and have junk in them (probably why all the back rooms I’m sure are filled with thousands of roaches and smell like breathe and butt). One day we ran into a man that was over them I’m guessing and heard about us complaining to pay a late fee when we don’t even get proper service for the room daily after paying DAILY, after that they all switched their attitudes becuse he seen that they have been loginging the rooms for cleaned but haven’t even touched them. He waived the late fee the dark skinned young girl and the cleaning lady are cool so I guess they were all mad and the other blonde manager as well they wouldn’t speak or geeet us anymore when we came to pay the next few times and had nasty interactions. So the last time we came to book after we checked out they booked us for a room (the sheets weren’t cleaned had hair from previous tenants and a big stink bug crawling under the cover I told the lady at night she got smart I have kids and that room 231 and the other they tried to give was unsanitary as heck I just let it be because it was late.) The very next night we tried to book we was told we had to pay $50 for one night and $150 for 3 nights if we stayed due to leaving the room 3 days prior their words “very nasty” which was a bold face lie told by the girl who suppose to clean but never does as every other tenant complaints (mind you they just booked us the night before without a extra fee) and we didn’t receive room service for 2 whole days but I still kept the room clean because I don’t like filth I even swept part of the floor with the broom she left and never came back for until I realized that’s her job so of course the floor would need sweeping, but that’s it an I pulled the covers off I feel REALLLY played by getting the police called per the manager both ladies with the blonde hairs for not making any sense of that. They wig you out of money when they’re a whole scam in need of new and better staff that’s crazy and I’m going to see what can be done further. (Bugs lay eggs and they rooms have mold and I have an asthmatic son they don’t care about anything or anybody fr .(below are pictures of the bug in the room I didn’t get one of the thousand of roaches in the back room but this of the stain on the bed we have yet to touch or sleep on, the other is a picture of the room how I leave it expecting room service it was NEVER DIRTY WHILE THERE they lied to get extra money or us removed becuse they were caught not doing their job properly)

Wouldn't recommend. Front desk is rude, room never get cleaned, pipes are messed up, lighting messed up, electrical messed up, if you can save your money

I just want to say that I like the hotel, rooms and service are good. They just have a little problem with their Wi-Fi system.

I stayed here for 2 months and it was okay the first Two weeks after that I had problems with the lady in the front desk about the way she talks to me and my children so rude and unprofessional. She said I was a poor excuse of a father one night when I asked to remove the mother of my children because she was violent to me. She moved me to another room with black mold on the wall not knowing she was braking the Georgia Fair housing act. Woke up one morning I had red cool aid all over my car from thug acting teenagers or a hating grown up throwing things from the top floor on people cars. Also they not really kid friendly my daughter foot got ran over by a driver riding her brother's bike after the fire truck left she said my daughter was lying saying I can't sue the motel when I was just asking her could she run the video so I can find out who ran over my daughter toe. I did file a police report and got my daughter toe checked the next day. The hospital give my daughter a boot for her toe and said it was bruised from getting ran over. When I was about to pay $750 for another Two weeks she slick put my on Red so the manager couldn't except my money. Come to find out she was mad at Men like me because her boyfriend got locked up for drug trafficking. Also I'm on the verge of suing this motel do to the GA fair housing act.
