This was an amazing stay. Everything was very clean and quiet. The staff were super kind and attentive. We got to grab a bite in the morning from the cafe. The coffee was top tier and the food was delicious. Will definitely book again if I find myself in the DMV again.

Apr 21, 2025 · Lisa AnsvanandaI booked here because of the electric car charger. Unfortunately, it's all DC fast charge and the Nissan port, but we only have the J1772 adapter for the Tesla, which doesn't work with the DC fast charge port. That was a disappointment, but there are Superchargers a couple miles away. The room was nice, but we were put on the side of the road, which was loud. I travel with a white noise machine and earplugs, and could still hear the road noise. Not great. First floor rooms have sliding glass doors? That may be nice if your room faces the courtyard, but if I were traveling as a single woman, I would be very reluctant to stay in a room with a sliding glass door on ground level. Someone else mentioned the motion detector for the toilet and shower room lights. We left the door to the toilet room cracked, and the motion sensor was kinda inconvenient for trying not to disturb sleeping people - and because the light switch is outside that room, you have to open the door very wide to get in, so they get disturbed. The woman working the night shift at the Bistro was lovely, and accommodated everyone who came up, even after closing time.
Mar 31, 2025 · Adair ThaxtonPositives-King suite was large. First floor patio was nice. Fridge and a microwave in the room. Gym is large with treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, benches, free weights and cable machine, staff was friendly, king bed was super soft and comfy. Negatives-No free breakfast, sleeper couch is worst I’ve ever seen-super hard, dirty hand towel in our bedroom beside the chair upon check-in, bathroom is small, upon check-in we asked for extra bedding and it took over 30 minutes to receive, pillows are horrible.
Mar 11, 2025 · Amanda PraterI love stayed at this location! It's clean, very comfortable beds, and quiet! I always come and stay there when in town!
Apr 22, 2025 · Elilta BWow - now THIS was different! Upon check-in, the front desk agent responded “it’s available for sale in the Bristro” when I asked “what’s the deal for breakfast?” having vaguely remembered that I had ordered breakfast with the room in advance. After a sleepless night when it took three calls to the front desk to quiet the loud party in multiple adjacent rooms, I received an email receipt confirming that we had paid for the “Stay for Breakfast” deal. I called the front desk again with my previous night’s question, receiving the reply this time that “they will have your name at the Bistro.” So on to the Bistro, where a surly attendant gave us a list of our choices: a single food item, and a single beverage in THE SMALLEST SIZE (emphasized the attendant). Now, I’m assuming the extra 2 ounces of liquid and half inch of paper cup material would cost the hotel nothing, but you’d think this was Fort Knox! In any event, the attendant then handed me a receipt for about $36 to sign with a spot for a tip, half hearted promising that the food charge would not appear on my bill. Breakfast just arrived… Stay tuned, but in the meantime, don’t stay in this hotel. The experience sucked.
