I love this hotel, the price was great, although it is off season as we went here during Spring Break. The indoor pool & hot tub were very clean & the pool is really big. There is plenty of seating near the pool & a few games to play like cornhole & ping pong. The room was spacious & had a great view of the Adirondack mountains. The beds were very comfortable & the room/bathroom was very clean, and cozy. The hotel has great views of the Adirondacks & Mirror Lake. Everything in town is within walking distance, restaurants, coffee shops, attractions like the Olympic Training Center, Museum, the beach & even a movie theater & arcade. The food in the restaurant (McKenzie’s) was good too, very good breakfast. We’ll definitely be going back.

The hotel ALWAYS upgrades our room as we use their credit card. We credit card hack and sometimes use points to stay or reduce the cost. There is an amazing view of the lake and mountains! The pool is nice for kids but absolutely freezing which is disappointing since the website says it’s heated. Hotel Restaurant food is ‘eh. They changed the menu and took some of the loved staples off. However breakfast is reasonably priced and super yummy. They have free, coffee, coffee creamer and water. The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone is super polite and the rooms are always clean.

I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed it but I also have never had to have interaction with the front desk in the evening. At first things were great room was nice, view is amazing, had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was amazing! And then I just wanted to relax in the hot tub before going to my room for the night. Now listen I’m a mom I understand we do what we have to to make sure our kids are happy and safe and also we get some enjoyment… BUT COME ON! There was 15-20 people in this small hot tub and most of them were toddlers with floats in their arms… basically using the hot tub as a day care… I tried waiting it out and finally I went to the front and asked is there a age limit or person limited. Which the woman (I think she was a manager) huffed and said 6 people and no age limit they just have to be supervised… I tried explaining what was happening and again she huffed at me and said she would have someone go check it out… I walked away and to no surprise no one came… the lack of knowing how to talk to people is what did it for me at over $600

3 star hotel with a 5 star view. All the staff were polite and treated us well. Rooms were clean and spacious enough for 2 of us. The great room is an amazing space, I recommend eating there atleast once during your stay. The buffet was closed, but we were there during off season so it makes sense.

Rooms are immaculate, the staff are exquisite, the amenities are top tier, one of the only hotels I've seen in upstate with an ada accessable public hot tub. I travel about 60 miles to get here and if it were double I'd still consider it worth the stop. Most comfortable beds in upstate and the in house dining and breakfast options are well worth the price
